Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful.

Hello Followers,

Last Monday before Christmas!

Every Christmas around this time, I sit down to create a message for my Christmas greeting cards.

I remember when our daughter was young, we would put our heads together and I would create the message and she would design the card.

I know when I receive a card, it makes me feel good.

So, remember this holiday season that it’s healthy to receive and give a greeting card.

Words have an impact on communication and your thoughts.

The special Christmas greeting card, every holiday brings us closer to the people around us but there’s something extra special about Christmas that leaves a glowing effect on our lives.

We want you to embrace the meaning of the season with a Christmas greeting for your family and friends.

Spreading cheer with Christmas gifts is only one part of the season.

Another important component is sharing words of adoration and affection with those who have touched our lives.

Christmas greeting cards provide the opportunity to reach out to those you might not have spoken to in a while.

Now, count your blessings and share the Christmas spirit.

If you’re not sure where to start, follow our festive steps below to craft a heartwarming card.

Start with a Friendly Christmas Greeting, address the recipient with a traditional Christmas greeting such as “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Holidays,” followed by their name.

For cards addressed to an entire family, write the holiday greeting, then their last name followed by “family.”

For example, “Merry Christmas Malin Family!”

Add a Personal Touch or Inspiring Christmas Message, select from one of our inspiring Christmas messages below or reflect on a fond memory you have with the recipient; either will evoke a heartfelt feeling.

There’s nothing better than a personalized message!

For those who emphasize the reason for the season, include a relevant quote or religious Christmas message.

This is the perfect way to connect with loved ones, just be mindful of the recipient’s religious traditions.

If you’re sending a Christmas wish to someone close, a funny Christmas saying is perfect to include.

It’s a holly jolly season after all!

Any Christmas card recipient deserves a warm sign-off.

Tie up all your thoughts with one of our closings below.

When selecting a closing for your greetings, keep your recipient in mind; Have a lovely Christmas, God Bless, with all my love, Remember the reason for the season, Warmest wishes, Merry Christmas, Cheers.

The countdown to CHRISTMAS is 5 days, it’s time to send your cards, if you haven’t already.

Yesterday, ended the series on THE SIX SENSES AND YOUR WELL-BEING, to review this topic, you can also go to the main BLOG and hash tag# SIXSENSES on the right of the age, and all the posts related to that topic will pop up.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

Play is not merely childlike exuberance; its attitude to life that revels in incongruity and absurdity and puts misfortune into a broader perspective.

To be playful when faced with disappointment, loss or stressful change is to lift a courageous placard of resistance; to refuse to be cowed.

Not every unwanted outcome is worth honoring with negative emotions.

Being stoical in the face of adversity is admirable, a sprinkling of playfulness makes it even more so.

And in relationships, play acknowledges the joy of being together.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on VICTIM - the second of the five anger-management styles

Exploders and victims come from the same mold.

They both learn in childhood that anger was bad.

They were taught that good children are self-controlled, forgiving, and obedient, not angry.

But this left them confused about how to express their frustrations.

Their anger becomes like a Coke bottle that has been shaken and is ready to explode when the cap is opened.

Exploders explode outwardly, hitting whatever is in the way; victims implode inwardly, taking the abuse personally.

Neither expression is healthy.

Both cause people around them to avoid the relationship.

Continue tomorrow –

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that lemon balm has antioxidant properties?

Well, it does!

Every day, our bodies build up toxins that result in the creation of free radicals; these harmful particles attach to cells, causing cell oxidation and cell death.

Depending on where the free radicals are present, depends on the type of symptoms they present.

One of the best examples of free radical damage is people that receive a sunburn from spending too much time unprotected in the sun’s harmful UV rays.

As a result of a sunburn, the skin turns red and inflames, becoming tender to the touch, and it may seem like it’s radiating heat as well.

This sunburn produces free radicals that end up causing wrinkles.

Drinking lemon balm tea, and using lemon balm skin lotions can significantly reduce the impact of free radicals in the body.

The polyphenol antioxidants in the essential oil remove free radicals before they have the chance to do any significant damage to the skin or other organs.

Happy Holiday

Holiday can mean different things to each one of us.

In the dictionary it means a religious festival; a day or season of idleness and recreation.

There are two sides that we can look at.

One is a religious belief and the other is a new beginning in a new year.

This year coming up let’s make it a special one.

Each one of us make a difference.

We can work together to give life harmony and laughter.

Surround our area with love to grow from all angles.

Give peace a chance.

Reach for the stars and believe in yourself for this holiday season anything is possible.

We would like to wish you much happiness and love.
