Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!

Believe it or not, the calendar is soon turning to a new year, leaving the opportunity to slow down, self-reflect and set New Year's resolutions.
Along with carving out time for daily mindfulness, movement and connecting with others, one great way to lean into this season of new beginnings is through forgiveness and letting go.
MESSAGE OF THE DAY:
Forgive all who have offended you, not for them, but for yourself.
This saying emphasizes the importance of self-forgiveness.

It suggests that true forgiveness is about letting go of anger and resentment towards others, rather than holding onto grudges.
This perspective encourages individuals to prioritize their own mental and emotional well-being by choosing to forgive, which can lead to personal growth and peace.
Forgiving does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean that you have given the message that what someone did was OK.
It just means that you have let go of the anger or guilt towards someone, or towards yourself.
But that can be easier said than done.
If forgiveness were easy, everyone would be doing it.
When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel.
Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free.

and there is no forgiveness without love.
