Hello Followers,

It is the Holly Jolly Season.

ree

And the most wonderful time of the year.

As we reflect on the past year and the last holiday of the year, may you celebrate Christmas joy, an inner joy of light and peace.

This year was a melody of small wins and big smiles for Dan and me.

Each piece makes the picture unforgettable.

The best parts of the year were not just events, but the joy, growth, and laughter they carried.

Every highlight was a reminder that even in ordinary days, extraordinary moments can shine through.

The highlights were not just memories, they were milestones of how far Dan and I have come.

May you also reflect on your milestones, big or small, and continue to make the ordinary days, extraordinary ones that shine this coming year 2026.

Merry Christmas,

Dan and Sherry

MESSAGE OF THE DAY:

THE JOURNEY

The journey of art is not what you see.

But what do you make others see?

As far back as I can remember, art played a big part in my life.

From first grade drawing pictures on an assignment before printing my name; to a family road trip looking out at what God has created.

The trees blowing in the wind to the sky shining on the mountains to the birds flying high above us.

Art has stimulated my creativity, reflected on cultures that I have experienced, fostered empathy through the years, provoked my thoughts, and offered me a medium for expressing food, words, and pictures.

Fifteen years ago, I experienced breast cancer.

Publishing a book, My Journey of Completion; Body, Heart & Soul. Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer.

Everyone is unique, and it is your right to trust the wisdom of your body and mind to choose the path that is best for you.

Throughout the book I have addressed the topic that art and color are how we experience and what we visualize.

Today I can genuinely say I see and feel the color yellow.

It is a color of sunshine and is associated with the feeling of joy, happiness, and energy.

It also represents optimism and hope, which I truly can say I can spread to others.

Through this optimism and hope, I also created a website and blog.

Art has turned my healing processes into something more powerful than I could ever imagine.

I learned that our bodies are capable of healing with nature.

I discovered through body, heart, and soul you can manage your journey and still enjoy life.

Art has played a big part in my journey and along with my husband we moved to Mexico.

This started a new chapter in our journey.

The saying a picture says a thousand words, I took this seriously and to heart.

While I lived in Mexico, I took over a thousand pictures.

So, through our experience I have created a collection of cards, canvases, and other items to share with you.

And as I get older, I have been doing brain games to enchant my creative side.

One of the brain games is sticker by number.

Enjoying creating something from nothing, much like a puzzle and which I have added to my collection.

AND GOAL

In doing this, my goal and passion is to not only share my experiences through art, but also with your support of purchasing the items; have some go toward a non-profit organization that will be started by my husband and me.

My legacy and what I would like to be remembered by is being able to give back to others the willingness to be able to choose other options that are not covered by their insurance and have the resources through this non-profit organization.

Nature is not only all that is visible to the eye, but it also includes the inner pictures of the soul.

Releasing Holiday Stress and Anxiety with this 10-minute guided meditation.

The holidays often bring a mix of joy and stress, with the pressure to create perfect moments sometimes overshadowing the true spirit of the season.

To discover peace during this time, it is essential to carve out moments of stillness and reflection.

Whether it is taking a quiet walk in nature, enjoying a cup of coffee by the fireplace, or simply embracing the warmth of a loved one's company, finding solace in simple pleasures can anchor us in the present.

Choosing to release the expectation of perfection and instead focusing on gratitude and meaningful connections can lead to a serene and fulfilling holiday experience.

In these moments of letting go, we can rediscover the true essence of the season and connect with the inner peace that resides within us.

Until Friday, The gift of love.

The gift of peace.

The gift of happiness.

May all this be yours today and the year to come.
