COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, IT’S A GIFT

Hello,

Well, 59 days and counting, hopefully it will not be long until we get out and have some coffee at Barnes & Noble and mingle with people. We have taken this for granted and it would be a gift to be able to just step into a place without thinking of the corona virus.

This will pass and we can renew this gift of socializing and being with people we love close, instead of zooming. Even if this time doesn’t feel like a blessing, I see it as it was! Zoom has brought Dan and I closer to our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and mother. For they live out of town and we were able during this time to keep in touch with seeing them. If this didn’t happen, maybe we wouldn’t have story time with our grandson and being at his 2nd birthday, well sort of. It has been a journey full of surprises.

This saying from Og Mandino means so much to me: “Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.” For on Friday, February 5, 2016, I wrote this article that was my blessing of strength, love, courage, grace and gave me confidence to step out of my comfort zone and start my new journey.

SURVIVAL

Quality of Life

It’s not about fighting cancer; it’s about surviving it. When I was a child and watching my father go through his treatment and slowly fading away, I realized there should be another way. As a child I believed in miracles and believed my father was going to get better and everything was going to be alright, but he did not. Then I began watching one by one others in the family die of this disease using the conventional ways. When I was diagnosed, I thought what if I can change the outcome and try something different for the old way had not worked. So, I took a leap of faith and tried another method of treatment; a scientific approach that was not known to me that existed.

What I am saying is that we do have a choice, we just have to reach out and grip it and do some research to realize it’s about survival. You do not have to suffer with all the side effects that chemo or radiation brings thus my husband and I did not. I cannot go back to help my father and the rest of my family that died. I cannot say well if ~ but I can go forward and help someone else. Even if it’s just one person ~ wouldn’t you!!!

When I get up every morning, I am humble for the direction I went and blessed that I am able to watch my daughter grow as an adult. Unlike my father who was unable to experience with her the milestones in her life.

This is why I am giving back, I want to educate through this blog, so other children do not have to go through what I went through. Let them know that there are miracles out there. I never thought that anything was possible until I grew up and found out that we have choices, we just have to reach up to the stars and pull them down.

Help me to make this possible for others to learn scientific methods that are not known in the conventional world. Help me share knowledge of other ways to survive cancer and give back hope to our children in teaching them prevention's at an early age in schools. We are a drop, but together we can be an ocean.

With your gift this will help spread the word that we are tired of watching our loved ones fade away with No Quality of Life. This disease is getting out of control and people are making money while showing little results. Let’s bring back love and hope.

“As each day comes to us refreshed and anew, so does my gratitude renew itself daily. The breaking of the sun over the horizon is my grateful heart dawning upon a blessed world.” ― Terri Guillemets

“… it’s a blessed thing to love and feel loved in return.” ― E.A. Bucchianeri

As we look at life around us, we notice that some people seem to lead golden lives, rich with blessing, while others struggle and move from one drama and apparent loss to another. Is being in the flow of blessing, and what looks like good luck, merely a random act of chance, or are there immutable laws, attitudes and actions, that we can master that align us with blessing?

The fact that you are reading this says that you are interested in opening to the best that life has to offer you. In this piece we will explore both sides of blessings, receiving and giving, and how both come out of a state of being blessed.

In searching there are six ways of receiving and being blessed. They are easy to understand and simple to apply. So, let’s begin, and enter the world of blessing, because the best is yet to come!

Reaching Down And Up ⭐🏠⭐

Good morning Friday ⭐ Reaching down and up, there is no exercise better for the heart; than reaching down and lifting people up. Have a great weekend 🏠

So, let’s make a quick review of the six ways of blessings:

Practice gratitude and appreciation.

Be aware of the law of increase—loss can lead to greater loss, but gain can lead to greater gain.

Choose the upward harmonic by using thought in a constructive way.

Increase your talents and abilities by using them to be the best that you can be.

Cultivate generosity. Give of your time, attention, and money. Every gift lovingly given is returned, blessed many times over.

After doing the best you can, let go of fear and concern—trust the process.

Remember the principle of resonance—choose your vibrations, or someone or something else chooses them for you. Resonance creates attraction.

Love is the greatest law of all. Out of it springs all blessing. Bring love to the smallest acts of life, and life will reward you in kind.

BE THANKFUL, for what you have and blessed for what you receive.

“When we lose one blessing, another is often most unexpectedly given in its place.” ― C.S. Lewis

“Some people come in our life as blessings. Some come in your life as lessons.” ― Mother Teresa

“I don’t regret what I’ve been through. I’ve had ups and downs, super highs and some really low lows. I’ve been so blessed that I could never say, ‘I wish this didn’t happen.’ It’s part of who I am. There’s nothing in my life that’s so ugh.” ― Jennifer Lopez

Until tomorrow, remember rain doesn't need watering.

Tomorrow’s topic is on watering your seeds
