Faith is the pathway to finding solutions in life.

Hello Followers,

Welcome Monday!

A new start.

More abundance.

Today Dan and I are going to focus on how the power of faith breeds abundance.

The mind is an incredibly powerful tool.

It can be used for good, but also go to waste when neglected or abused.

In times of trouble, we tend to move away from positivity.

We go from a state of abundance to a state of lack.

But faith is the tool that helps replenish abundance in the heart and the spirit, not just in the mind.

Whatever it is that we focus on in life, we get more of.

If we focus on problems, we live solely in those problems and have difficulty moving past the negativity.

Alternatively, however, when we focus on positivity and seek out solutions, we can resolve our problems and move from a state of lacking, back to a state of abundance.

When we train our minds to think in abundance, and we hold unwavering faith, we gravitate towards that.

We attract good things because we believe and expect in good things to come.

Similarly, when we believe and expect bad things to come, we also attract that into our lives.

Faith is the pathway for abundance, so be sure to hold it at the forefront of your mind.

Don’t be afraid to expect the very best for yourself.

This isn’t about being selfish or aimlessly wishing for things; this is about the true, utter, deep-down belief in your heart and your soul that things will improve, and that you deserve the very best in life.

Simple cancer remedies that can give you a fighting chance

Friday, July 13, 2012 by: Dr. Veronique Desaulniers

Though cancer can be seen as a very complex illness, it is important to understand that cancer is simply the "symptom" and the tip of the ice berg.

For your body to allow cancer cells to take root and multiply, there had to be a weakened immune system, toxicity of many kinds and nutritional deficiencies.

Evidence-based research has shown that there are hundreds of known and effective cancer cures.

Here are some very simple protocols that will give you an edge if you are afflicted with cancer.

1. Baking Soda

1 tsp. of baking soda and the juice of 1 organic lemon in 8 ounces of water several times per day is a very easy way to alkalize the body.

Cancer cells can't grow in an alkaline body.

2. Blood Root

Blood root is a perennial plant that contains a plant alkaloid called Sanguinarine.

Sanguinarine kills cancer cells only and does not harm your healthy cells.

It can be used internally or applied externally in a salve for superficial cancers

3. Chaga

Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that has been studied in laboratories for many years.

It has shown much promise as an immune system modulator and has many anti-cancer properties

4. Vitamin D

Checking your blood serum Vitamin D levels could help you prevent cancer and speed up your recovery from cancer

A study conducted in 2006 indicated that lower levels of blood serum Vitamin D were associated with a poorer overall survival rate of post-menopausal breast cancer patients.

5. Essiac Tea

The original formulation of this tea was actually an old Native Indian recipe that had been used for hundreds of years.

A Canadian nurse learned about it and started sharing it with some of her cancer patients and she began to see amazing recoveries.

The tea, comprised of several anti-cancer and cleansing herbs, can be consumed several times per day.

6. Flax Seeds and cottage cheese

Dr. Johanna Budwig, a German biochemist and physicist, is credited for this healing concoction that has seen a 90 percent success rate spanning over 50 years.

The combination of these two foods provides essential fatty acids and lipoproteins that reduce tumors and restore health.

7. Hemp Oil

The cannabinoids in hemp kill cancer cells.

And like all other herbal remedies, the plant chemicals do not harm healthy cells.

There have been numerous studies conducted with reported beneficial effects on many types of cancers, including breast cancer

8. Iodine

It is estimated that over 85 percent of the world's population is iodine deficient.

Since estrogen production increases with iodine deficiency, make sure you have your iodine levels tested every year.

9. Melatonin

Melatonin is a powerful breast cancer cell inhibitor.

In fact, in laboratory studies, it actually put breast cancer cells to sleep and slowed down the growth by 70 percent.

Melatonin also counteracts the effects of environmental estrogens.

10. Broccoli Sprouts

While cruciferous vegetables in general have been promoted for their anti-cancer properties, broccoli sprouts are up to 100 times more potent.

The sprouts contain Sulforaphane which not only kills cancer cells, but actually suppresses the growth and spread of many types of cancers.

There are literally hundreds of known cancer cures that have saved countless lives.

Of course, healing cancer involves healing the body as a whole.

Lifestyle and dietary changes are also essential since cancer is just the symptom and NOT the cause.

If you know anyone who is afflicted with cancer, please share this information and be a messenger of hope.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

Here’s a famous test of creativity.

This is showing how your left-handed brain can even create things that don’t exist.

It’s called Kanizsa’s Triangle.

If you can see the white triangle, the one with its apex pointing up; it’s because your left-handed brain has created that triangle to unify what is otherwise simply a collection of angles.

And Pac Man shapes.

There is in fact, no white triangle there.

Some puzzles make sense only after the very last piece is in place.

Before then, all the best efforts, hopes, and beliefs seem to be going to dead ends.

Faith, will carry you through to the last piece.

Keep going.

No matter what, keep going, keep doing what you can and what feels right to your heart.

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION (Body, Heart and Soul) – Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

You aren’t going to change a malfunctioning unit just because you want them to change,

regardless of how out of control you become.

So, what do you do?

The situation feels impossible when your emotions are frayed and vulnerable.

You feel like you are being hit by a whirling dervish of feelings that cut and flatten you like a pancake.

You believe your SUP holds a godlike power over your life.

Get hold of yourself.

If you are being held by the throat by irregular tactics today, you will feel strangled in the future.

You must make a conscious decision to stop trying to change them and start changing your interaction with them.

Not only do you stand to lose what you are so fearful of losing if the relationship does not change, but more important you stand to lose YOU!

Tomorrow – FACE REALITY.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of TURMERIC. It’s amazing what and how turmeric can help keep your body healthy?

Since it’s a new week, how about a turmeric recipe?

Yes, I think it’s time.

Combining turmeric and milk has a long tradition in India.

As you become more familiar with these tastes, try to increase the number of spices so you can get a lot of turmeric in each serving.

If you are sensitive to dairy, you can use any type of dairy alterative including almond rice or coconut milk.

Dan and I also use oatmeal milk.

In place of ghee, we use plant butter.

2 tablespoons ghee or plant butter

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

½ teaspoon ginger powder

Pinch of finely ground black pepper

2 cups milk (oatmeal milk)

1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

1. Melt the ghee or plant butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat.

2. Add the spices and stir continuously for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

3. Add the milk and stir constantly until steaming hot.

4. Remove from heat and add honey.

5. Stir to dissolve the honey.

6. Place the liquid in a blender.

7. Blend on high, allowing the steam to escape for 30 seconds.

8. The mixture should now be blended with the oils from the ghee and be golden and frothy, blending it is necessary to get the right consistency.

9. Pour and enjoy immediately.

Faith is the pathway to finding solutions in life.

Until Tuesday, life in this universe is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff; including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.
