Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.
CONTINUING THE SERIES OF APPRECIATION AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE FROM LAST WEEK. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Hello followers,
As I woke up, I realized that it’s Tuesday already. Perhaps, as you are reading this Dan and I are on the road exploring the Shenandoah National Park.

Our friends from Florida came to visit us and were going there to check it out and invited us to join them. I’m looking forward to sharing with pictures our experience in the park this week.
But until then, lets lets focus on being appreciated. The fact of the matter is, when someone doesn’t appreciate you and all of the love that you have to give, they simply don’t deserve you.
If it takes someone to feel the loss of you in order to realize what they’ve lost, depending on how they go about trying to get you back, they could lose you forever.

Having said that, sometimes people do deserve a second chance. Second chances in relationships shouldn’t be given to everyone. However, there are times when second chances in relationships are more than okay.
It all depends upon a person’s intentions, and if they learn from the fact that they felt the loss from you to the point where they’ll never take you for granted again. Knowing this, it’s important to live your life in a more enlightened manner, where you appreciate what you have when you have it.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
APPRECIATION
While it’s true that no one can make you feel any certain thing, good or bad, that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you if what others say or do affects you.
We are human beings, after all, and the only reason we walk, talk, and learned to use the potty was that someone encouraged us to do so. Harsh environments grow much fewer flowers.

Limit the time you spend with them, when possible, shake it off as best you can, and really try to make quality time with those who value you. Make sure not to damper your quality time by talking too much about those others who affect you negatively.
Enjoy your quality time and the effects of those others will dimmish on their own.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

WITH PICTURES
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

BONUS A VIDEO
This is where we continue on the book: LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today I’m continuing on CHAPTER TWO - WHEN THE PRESSURE IS ON.
Ascertain the options; a good or, in some cases, a tolerable relationship is the result of hard work.
It is dependent on your being very realistic about the situation.

To determine your options, you must quit rationalizing or justifying.
Healthy relationships are built on realism, not fantasy.
Often logic skews in difficult relationships because people justify or rationalize a screwed-up person’s off-the-wall behavior, instead of labeling it for what it is – wrong.
When false assumptions are the foundation of interaction, the relationship built on them will be shaky.
Rationalization and justification create such an unstable foundation.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. Continuing on the health benefits on PEPPERMINT. You might be surprised!
Peppermint is great for indigestion. Peppermint improves the flow of bile by calming down the muscles of the stomach.
Once this happens, food can pass more freely and quickly through the stomach. This can also cut down on gas, bloating, and diarrhea.

Drink a cup of peppermint tea after a meal or try these other herbs are known to soothe upset stomachs.
Peppermint works for irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome is known to have no cure, but peppermint has shown to effectively treat the syndrome.

A study conducted by Italian scientists found that 75 percent of their patients who took peppermint oil capsules for a month showed a 50 percent decrease in IBS symptoms.
Tomorrow I’ll post more peppermint benefits.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

🎁WRAPPING A PRESENT
Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. #feeling #gratitude #expressing #wrapping #present #giving #inspirational #motivational
Until Wednesday, there cannot be a sense of abundance or the experience of prosperity without appreciation. You cannot find beauty unless you appreciate beauty. You cannot find friendship unless you appreciate others. You cannot find love unless you appreciate loving and being loved. If you wish abundance, appreciate life.
