Forgive all who have offended you, not for them, but for yourself.

BEGINNING A NEW SERIES OF FORGIVENESS AND CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello followers,

Good day Saturday!

To learn how to forgive, you must first learn what forgiveness is not. Most of us hold at least some misconceptions about forgiveness. Here are some things that forgiving someone doesn't mean:

Forgiveness doesn't mean you are pardoning or excusing the other person's actions.

Forgiveness doesn't mean you need to tell the person that he or she is forgiven.

Forgiveness doesn't mean you shouldn't have any more feelings about the situation.

Forgiveness doesn't mean there is nothing further to work out in the relationship or that everything is okay now.

Forgiveness doesn't mean you should forget the incident ever happened.

Forgiveness doesn't mean you have to continue to include the person in your life.

... and forgiveness isn't something you do for the other person.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

FORGIVENESS

The forgiveness difference-

People who don’t forgive say *

“I cannot accomplish something because of that person.”

They feel that person or circumstance ruined them in some way and made them incapable of some good, desirable thing in life, a job, a loving relationship or happiness.

People who forgive say *

“I can accomplish something regardless of that person.”

They feel that person or circumstance happened, but now it’s over. Life can go on. They are still just as capable as they were before of good, desirable things. They do not let that person affect them anymore. They take control of their own life and their own happiness and do not allow another person to rob them of the great thing’s life has in store for them.

SIMPLE JOYS

Make a love list. Write down the names of all the people you love and who love you. Remember how cherished you are and consider what you can do to nurture these relationships.

It doesn’t matter how small the list is; in fact, if it’s too big you might want to reconsider some of the names on it. These people are your cheerleaders in life and you are theirs. Next time you’ve been invited out and you’ve not sure if you really want to go, merely check this list, if they’re not on it; you might choose to spend your time more wisely.

You become humble and thankful for the experience. It is never what one expects it to be. I recommend going out and explore other countries for your idea’s will change for the best. Dan and I have!!!

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing blogging on the herb - PARSLEY. Parsley can be used in many different ways to support almost every aspect of your health. Yesterday the topic ended on using parsley as a remedy for various physical ailments. Today I’m blogging on how parsley enhances your digestive health?

The carminative action of parsley on the digestive system helps to reduce the formation of gas and inflammation in the digestive system.

Conditions like colic and gastroenteritis create significant gastrointestinal distress, especially in the case of viral or bacterial infection. Pathogens like E. coli can cause painful symptoms and may leave the patient bed-ridden while they deal with the disease.

People who are dealing with digestive diseases, like celiac, leaky gut, and Crohn’s all experience gastrointestinal inflammation as a result of eating specific foods. For people with celiac, consuming gluten proteins is the reason for the development of their condition.

In this case, the gluten proteins create inflammation in the intestinal wall that allows pathogens or inflammatory particles to escape the digestive system and spread throughout the body.

In both cases, consuming infused parsley oil can help soothe digestive inflammation and discomfort. The polyphenols found in the herb, help to stimulate the production of bile and gastric juices – easing the effects of indigestion, bloating, and nausea.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

Yesterday started out amazing while we enjoyed breakfast with friends in Flagler Beach.

Dan and I went off our regular food diet and had orange creamsicle pancakes. Since he was unable to get the free orange juice at the welcome center the other day, why not try these and get his orange fix.

As far as the other part of yesterday, meditation was needed for it took us six hours to get from Flagler Beach to St. Petersburg; when normally would have taken four. The traffic and rain were unbelievable!! But we made it to our destination in one piece.

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation .Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!
