Happiness will come when you let go of the hurt that is holding you back.

STARTING THIS WEEK ON A NEW SERIES, WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, GERMS AND VIRUSES?????

Hello followers,

Good morning, Dan and I wish you a wonderful Thursday.

It is not long before the weekend and I am looking forward to a cool one.

What about you?

The other day we started blogging on the topic of, what is holding you back.

Not knowing what direction, it would go, after researching more on this topic; I realized there was much more to it.

And we can fix what is holding us back by spotting it and changing the situation.

In the week to come, Dan and I will explore all.

Whenever we go through a disaster, we tend to be under stress and our minds are not being used properly.

Therefore, our choices are being compromised and sometimes we do not make the right decisions.

We have been searching but there are very few websites that talk about your mindset, while going through a disease.

It is all about treating the body.

So, we decided to share information that heals your overall health.

Today we will start exploring, How to Spot What’s Holding You Back and Then Let It Go.

What is the one thing that is holding you back?

What belief about yourself or your skills is holding you back from having more love, greater peace of mind, or enhanced well-being?

Are there particular habits that keep interrupting your positive forward movement?

This is because the limiting beliefs that they are hauling around are based on trauma from their past.

The misbeliefs that hold you back.

Somewhere along your life path, you experienced something traumatic that had you decide something about yourself that was necessary to help you stay safe in the world.

Below are some common misbeliefs people hold about themselves:

I am not good enough, so I better not speak up.

I am not lovable so I will just settle for whatever I can get in a relationship.

It must be perfect or else I will get rejected.

I am not worthy of having XYZ because that is what I was told when I was younger (and I believed them).

My needs/opinion do not matter so I will just shape-shift myself to keep others happy.

Are you this person!

You can thank your limbic brain for this.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

What kind of road is life?

Some parts are hilly; some are flat; some have a nice, gentle slope; and some way too much slope, slippery.

Walk.

The key is not to measure how many miles you have come, but to enjoy every single step you take.

OCTOBER 6th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

National Transfer Money to Your Daughter Day – October 6, 2022

Wow, when I saw this holiday; I asked Dan if we can transfer a little token of our love in our daughter’s account.

It might not be a lot, but it is the thought that counts.

So, Danielle be ready and mark your calendar; October 6 is National Transfer Money to Your Daughter Day.

You read that right, an entire day devoted to daughters getting some extra pocket money from their parents.

And what an enjoyable day it is to be a daughter, right?

On this day, parents can transfer money into their daughter’s bank accounts, hand them some cash in person, or use more modernized methods such as Venmo and Zelle to help brighten their daughter’s day.

Plus, parents may be more inclined to fork over the cash if they know they are participating in what is considered a national holiday.

If they seem at all hesitant, show them our article as proof, we will be more than happy to vouch for you!

National Transfer Money to Your Daughter Day is the perfect holiday for daughters to get money from their parents without having to work for it or for daughters that require extra assistance to get a much-needed boost.

Whatever the reason, it is a wonderful day for parents to share the wealth.

Transferring money to someone else can be as simple as handing over cash or going online to put money into their bank account.

There are many options, and over the years, methods of transferring money have been continuously tweaked and modernized.

The first wire transfer on record was launched in 1872 by Western Union, a financial services company.

Even though this company still exists today, money transfers have gotten a glow up.

Now, we have access to several simplified options for how we want to manage our money.

Whether you are interested in more traditional methods such as writing a check to someone or using Venmo, a PayPal owned mobile payment service, to send money, we have the luxury of picking the option that best fits our needs.

In 1969, Chemical Bank was the first bank to install an ATM.

Since then, ATMs are readily available at concerts, universities, Target stores, banks, and many more locations.

Even social media outlets want to help make transferring money convenient to millennials.

You can transfer money through Facebook Messenger using Facebook Pay, and for a while, Snapchat was using Snapcash to distribute money.

Giving and receiving money has never been easier.

Zelle, a mobile banking app founded in 2017, can transfer money in a matter of minutes between bank accounts.

No matter how you decide to transfer money, your daughter will be happy with any route you take this National Transfer Money to Your Daughter Day, welcoming it with open arms and empty wallets.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

BUT WHAT IS HAPPINESS EXCEPT THE SIMPLE HARMONY BEWTEEN A HE/SHE AND THE LIFE YOU LEAD?

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TASTE-

MEDIEVAL MOOD FOODS-

HERBS AND SPICES-

Are you ready to explore some 10-minute winter pick me ups?

It is not far until winter!

So, let us begin.

FRESH GINGER AND LEMON TEA

1. In a mug put one teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root.

2. A slice of fresh lemon.

3. One teaspoon honey.

4. Fill the mug with boiling water.

5. Place a saucer on the top and leave 5 minutes to infuse.

6. Sip slowly and let the spicy, fruity flavors and aromas of the drink banish winter chills and lift your spirits.

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Germs and Viruses????

Continuing from yesterday, thus; a healthy body can resist infection even in unhygienic circumstances seems to surprise a lot of people, the wife of the book Immune for Life by Arnold Fox, MD included.

Ross Horne author of HEALTH & SURVIVAL IN THE 21st CENTURY, recently was engaged in unloading some old planks from his truck, and he ripped his right index finger to the bone just above the knuckle on a rusty nail.

As the blood spurted out, I could see the cut needed stitching, but he figured he would finish unloading the truck if he could stem the bleeding.

In the truck was some old rag he had tied around some garden stakes, so he tore off a strip, bandaged the wound and finished unloading.

Back at the house his wife insisted he should go to the local hospital to have the wound sterilized, stitched and so forth, to escape the deadly tetanus germ.

But as by this time the bleeding had stopped completely, he simply rebandaged the wound over the dried blood and dirt without so much as washing it and put his trust in nature.

He recalled that as a boy he frequents wounds sometimes festered and took ages to heal but now over fifty years later he figured he was healthier, and things would be different.

The wound would of course have been better stitched because his hand movements would not permit it to close properly, but nevertheless it healed completely in a bit over a week but left an ugly scar which made him regret not having it stitched.

However, he was surprised that as a few more weeks went by the raised scar diminished so that now only the faintest suggestion of a scar remains.

Continue tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

WHAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK?

Happiness will come when you let go of the hurt that is holding you back. #happiness💕 #willcome#letgoofhurt#thehurt#holdingback#whatsholdingyouback#inspirational#motivational #newbeginnings

Until Friday, all day long people say, I just cannot do it. Why not?

The only thing holding you back from doing anything is you. It is all in your mindset.

Not one single person can keep you down or hold you back unless you let them.
