Hello Followers,


There are probably a lot of things that stress you out.

I know for Dan and I we experience a new obstacle every day.

 What do you do when the stress eats you up?

How do you recover from all the anxiety and fear?

You cannot be happy and positive all the time.

You are bound to experience a bit of negativity and uncertainty from time to time.

You will feel fear and worry on occasion, and that is okay.

There is nothing wrong with feeling anxious or stressed out.

It is just a part of being human.

Stressing out over things whether important or not is a sign that you can feel and that your heart is working.

There is no one in history who has never been stressed at some point.

Stress can be a lot more beneficial than you think.

It can be an opportunity to develop your tolerance and endurance.

Being able to get back up after a stressful situation can help you become stronger, bolder, and tougher.

Release the need for absolute certainty in life.

Instead of seeking black-and-white answers, embrace the gray areas with an open, curious mind.

Have a mindset that welcomes quality and actions, recognizing that life’s complexities can offer valuable insights and growth opportunities.


Releasing is the doorway to freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness.

True happiness is only possible when we release the attachments and burdens that hold us back.

Releasing these things, whether they are material possessions, grudges, or expectations, opens the door to freedom from their influence and allows genuine happiness to flourish.

While it may lead to the loss of familiar things, it is also an opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth, helping you find your authentic self amid the changes.

Each of us experiences periods of stress and worry.

To untangle the thread of our anxieties is real and meaningful work, and learning to process them is an education in itself.

The world can be a stressful place, broken and difficult to deal with.

You do not have to solve every problem to alleviate your stressors, but you do need to put in place ways of coping and building your resilience.

It is a part of being healthy, a form of self-care to treat yourself kindly and find strategies for gentleness.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Remember that every step you take towards releasing resistance is a step towards greater peace and happiness.

It may not always be easy, but with patience and persistence, you will begin to see positive changes in your life.

 It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
