Are we ready for Wednesday?

Did you know that movement is easier under the coolness of the marine layer and thoughts seem to blossom before the day becomes bright under the sun?

It is the perfect time for self-reflection.

This is not just for steering you in the right direction.

It is also a great way to enhance your relationships, make better decisions, and have a deeper understanding of your innermost self.

If you want to reach your full potential, then do not skip this process.

Reflecting on your life and past mistakes is not only necessary for growth, but it also helps prevent burn out as well.

Just when everything is rushing past you, hit pause.

You do not need to hurry all the time.

Many people will tell you that life can still be full of surprises whether you are 30 or 90.

It is difficult to tune out all that outside noise.

Social media, friends, family, even well-meaning experts can sometimes influence you to go in a direction that, although would make you successful, may not bring you happiness.

Therefore, practicing self-reflection is crucial to bring clarity and meaning into your life.

If you do not take the time for self-reflection, this would be the time to start.

DOWN BY THE OCEAN, the marine layer envelopes the sky, shielding the sun’s gleam.

Mornings stay cool with this blanket of clouds before the sun’s heat burns it off to shine through.

The gray sky has a beautiful stillness and provides protection from the sun’s heat.

Movement is easier under the coolness of the marine layer and thoughts seem to blossom before the day becomes bright under the sun.

It is the perfect time for reflection and action.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

It is easy to get hung up on how much farther we wish to go in life, but in this loving and peaceful 10-minute guided meditation, you will instead take stock in just how far you have come.

Get ready to feel deep appreciation towards yourself and your inherent worth.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
