Thank goodness it is Friday!


This month of November is a time to reflect on our gratitude.


Abundance is a crucial aspect to real success in life.

When you live in a state of abundance your life will take on a whole new perspective, you will start to see opportunity where others see darkness, you will see beauty all around you, and you will appreciate all that you have and all that is to come into your life.

Open your mind to the abundance all around you so that you can start living life in a state of limitless abundance.

When you are grateful, fear disappears, and abundance appears.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

If I could reveal anything that is hidden from us, it would be to reveal something that we have forgotten, something that we used to know as well as we knew our own names.

The universe is plentiful.

Just look at nature and all if its abundance.

Rain comes after a drought.

Wildflowers burst with color after a cold, bleak winter.

There are countless grains of sand, and every snowflake is different!

When you feel there is not enough or nothing is available, reframe your thoughts and notice that abundance is all around you.

Empower yourself by noticing the goodness that surrounds you.

You will always be taken care of.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Meditation is a powerful tool that can help you achieve abundance.

It can help you attract more of what you want and need in your life.

Meditation for abundance does not only help with your personal life, but also with your professional life.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
