Hello Followers,

It is going to be an incredible Thursday!

What is your purpose?

Breathe in and out.

As we continue to learn how to be mindful, breathe in calmly with Dan and I.

Wherever you are, you can incorporate a calm, breathing meditation into your day.

Start by becoming aware of your breath as it enters and leaves your nostrils.

Breathe to your own rhythm.

After a few breaths, focus on breathing in and breathing out the feelings you wish to nurture.

For Dan and me -

We breathe in calm – We breathe out calm.

We breathe in peace – We breathe out peace.

We breathe in love – We breathe out love.

We breathe in strength- We breathe out strength.

We breathe in harmony- We breathe out harmony.

You can create as many lines to your meditation as you wish, using words that are meaningful to you and the situation you find yourself in.

This meditation is especially helpful if you are about to do something you feel nervous about,

like what is your purpose.

When we find our purpose, we can move forward with confidence because the struggle becomes worth it when you know that there is something bigger for your life than just existing.

When we live by our purpose, we are constantly being guided in every aspect of our lives.

Without it, we might be prone to demotivation and giving up.

But despite the need, not everyone can easily identify their why, and that is all right.

It takes time to know what you live for.

Clearly the purpose is the starting point of all achievement.
