Hello Followers,

Relax, it is Sunday!

Today let us do less, notice more.

Instead of jamming as much as possible into your day, do less and do it more slowly.

More fully and with more concentration.

Take the time to indulge in whatever activity you are doing, whether you are chatting with a friend or enjoying the spring weather.

You should find the experience relaxing and fulfilling when you are not rushing through tasks.

And remember that young children are constantly curious.

They see magic in everyday things.

They teach us to stop and look again, with amazement, at what is in front of us.

Start viewing the world through a child’s eyes and see how it brightens up the day!


 Life is an unpredictable journey that is full of ups and downs.

It can be challenging to navigate through the ebbs and flows of life, especially when the unexpected arises.

At some point, we all face moments of hardship, pain, loss, and transition.

But how we choose to approach these events can greatly impact our overall well-being and personal growth.

Embracing change can help us understand that everything in life is temporary, both the good and the bad.

It teaches us that change encourages us to appreciate each moment because it will never come again.

When we embrace this concept, we begin to let go of our attachments to certain outcomes, people or things that may cause us stress or anxiety.

One popular quote by Buddha says, everything that has a beginning has an ending.

Make your peace with that and all will be well.

 This quote reinforces the message of change in life and that nothing lasts forever!

By accepting this truth, we begin to develop the ability to live in the present moment without worrying too much about what might happen tomorrow.

The practice of embracing change leads to inner peace because it frees us from clinging onto things that hold no value anymore in our lives.

Letting go becomes easier when we realize that every experience, we encounter is only temporarily a mere blip on the radar compared to our lifetime.

Embracing the change of life is essential for our mental health and can bring about personal growth as well as inner peace.

By recognizing that everything is only temporary and always changing, we free ourselves from fear of uncertainty or loss while creating more space for acceptance and optimism in our lives.

So, start living each day fully without being too attached to any given outcome; there are upsides to embracing change!

We all must deal with our fair share of discomfort in our lives, as passing as a stone in our shoe or as lasting as regret or grief.

It is easy to forget that even discomfort ebbs and flows, changes with time.

It is subject to the same forces as our memories.

Time allows us to create space apart from discomfort to process and learn from it.

How difficult this is to remember in the moment when we are experiencing discomfort!

When you find yourself in such a moment, remember that it is temporary.

Focus on what you can learn.









 PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Life has a way of presenting us with obstacles but remember that you possess the strength and resilience to overcome them.

Breathe in the certainty that lies within you, for within the depths of your being, there is an unwavering light that shines brightly, guiding you through any darkness.

In the depths of your being, find solace and trust in the inherent order of the universe.

Just as the waves find their way back to the shore, so too will you find your path forward.

Embrace the journey, knowing that every step you take brings you closer to the calm waters that await.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
