Hello Followers,

Are you ready for the Easter weekend?

Springtime is a wonderful time to bird watch!

Where Dan and I live, every morning there is chirping going on outside our windows.

We are all surrounded by birds, but how often do we stop to notice them?

Dan and I are going to place water outside our window for the birds and will stop to watch them wash and preen their feathers.

Join us and pay close attention to the soundtrack of the birdsong that accompanies you as you go about your day.


Let nature nurture you!


Life is full of surprises, and you will never know what kind of curveball it will throw.

But, being prepared for every situation will allow you to respond quickly and effectively.

Preparation is the state of being ready for something that will happen, regardless of whether we expect or like it.

Preparation can be defined as the process which someone undertakes to achieve proper results.

Preparation is important for success as preparing beforehand can save time and make someone ready for anything that comes their way.

Preparation is a critical factor in our lives.

 It prepares us for any circumstance and helps us avoid potential issues and problems.

Without it, we can be caught off guard, and everything can go south quickly.

Sadly, preparation and readiness do not come naturally to some people.

In fact, many tend to procrastinate and put things off.

Some also do this because they think it is a complicated task.

But, if you just know how to approach it, being prepared is easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

For one, maybe you can take time to write and reflect on how you can handle different situations.

You can also take some time to consider the possible consequences of your actions and decisions.

When you think and plan, you get to create different options or courses of action for each challenge.

Through that, we see how preparation allows us to make the most of our resources.

Regardless of how challenging the circumstances that lie ahead, if you are ready, you can overcome them.

Make sure you are flexible enough to keep up with your changing circumstances!

It is time to get ready.

Ready for what, you ask?

Ready for the rest of your life, which is coming fast.

You will never know what opportunities are headed toward you, what mistakes you will need to recover from, and what joys lie waiting for you.

The world is unpredictable and strange, but you can prepare your heart with openness for what is coming.

You do not need to know what is in store, only to commit to as much grace as possible when it rises to meet you.

 PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

It is not always easy to see or feel that everything is working out for us or that it is happening for us.

It sounds like a cruel joke sometimes even.

While the comprehension of this is on a deeper level and there are always deeper levels of understanding this.

It may take time.

This practice allows you to relax so deeply you will feel the truth of this within you without having to do anything except relax.

Get cozy and enjoy!

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
