To get the full value of joy you must have someone to divide it with.


Finding genuine happiness and living a meaningful life can be achieved if we learn to be more compassionate, selfless and share with an open heart without expecting anything in return.



Sharing is not only about giving money and things.

 It can also be done by sharing a smile, a listening ear, a comforting hug, your time, knowledge and so much more.


You do not have to have a lot of things or so much money to be able to share and give more.



Sharing is about giving what you can wholeheartedly without expecting anything in return.


Remember, even a little act of kindness can make such a powerful and big difference.


THE WORD OF THE DAY-PATCH 


When someone goes down the rabbit hole, it means they spent a lot of time on an activity, perhaps more than they originally intended.



When you are going through a rough patch in life, it can feel like your world is crumbling around you, and that can be a painful thing to process.


Whether it is a loss, heartbreak, an illness, or other life-altering event, it can feel like there is no way out as you are going through it.



As hard as it may be right now, rough patches do not last forever, and these challenging moments in life happen for a reason.


The most important thing you can do as you face these uncomfortable moments is to motivate and uplift yourself to push through.


We tend to forget that happiness does not come because of getting something we do not have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.
