Are you ready for the new week?

Happy Monday.

It is time to listen to your instinct and fly through the week with positive and happy vibes.

The natural world and its processes have much to teach us about the flexibility, creativity, and resilience that is already within us, just waiting to unfurl.

Like a bird, the more clarity you have about what you are looking for, the more likely you are to find it!

Birds can teach us focus by first quieting their mind of the distractions, and then captivating or sharpening their attention.

Birds live in nature filled with so many unique sights, sounds, and smells.

There is something around every turn to captivate their awareness.

This creates a unique kind of balance between stretching their senses outwards and honing their focus.

Let us today be like a bird and plan, focus and use our instincts.

This will teach us to have more flexibility, creativity, and resilience.

A BIRD BUILDS A NEST to prepare for new life.

It spends time finding pieces to create a safe place for its eggs to hatch.

A lot of planning goes into preparing for new life.

The nest is a symbol of home and protection, a place for growth.

For a short period, the chicks are fed and protected and then they listen to instinct and fly.

Listen to your instinct and in time take flight.

You may soar, but first you jump.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
