No, thanks, however, it sounds quite nice.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Say goodbye to September and tomorrow starts another month of fun.

We all at one time wanted to say no, but instead said yes!

But did you know that saying no sometimes is healthy for you?

Having too many things to concentrate on can keep you from giving your full attention to the task at hand.

It is just two letters, and yet saying no can feel hard and even complicated.

For many of us, saying no does not just feel awkward.

It feels wrong.

So, whenever anyone asks you to do almost anything, you might blurt out, yes!

Sure!

Of course!

Happy too!

But you may feel the opposite.

Maybe you would rather be doing about a thousand other things.

Or maybe you are OK with saying yes, but it is not the best thing for your mental health.

Saying no is a skill you can sharpen.

The more you say no, the more natural it will feel.

ASK THESE QUESTIONS TO YOURSELF!

Will saying yes prevent me from focusing on something that is more important?

Does this potential project, opportunity, or activity align with my values, beliefs, and goals?

What are my core values, beliefs, and current goals?

Will saying yes make me even more tired or burnt out?

Will saying yes be good for my mental health?

Or will it worsen my symptoms?

In the past, when have I said yes and then ended up regretting it?

When am I more likely to accept a request, I would rather decline?

How can I reduce these challenges?

IT IS OKAY TO SAY NO!

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

THERE IS POWER IN SAYING NO.

Having too many things to concentrate on can keep you from giving your full attention to the task at hand.

Place boundaries on your time and give yourself the space to breathe.

Life should not be lived in a vortex of stress and struggles.

Review your to do list and make note of what you can put off until later.

You deserve to have space to focus, breathe, and create with a clear mind.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Meditation to clear your mind from overthinking.

This short and guided meditation will help you clear your mind and become in the present moment.

Allow your thoughts to float away like a cloud in the sky.

Give it a try.

Enjoy!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page

Until Sunday, it is okay to say NO, NO – I am flattered by your offer, but no thank you.
