Not all those who wander are lost.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Are you a wanderer?

Bound by no boundaries, contained by no countries, tamed by no time, she is the force of nature’s course.

Knowledge feeds your mind, food feeds your body and travel feeds your soul.

Whoever said that taking the road less traveled is an easy task, was mistaken.

We all have moments in our lives where we feel lost and uncertain of what steps to take next.

It is times like these when we should remember the importance of staying true to ourselves and following our hearts, no matter what everyone else thinks.

Life is too short to not do what makes us happy!

This blog will help you follow your own path and remind you of the importance of staying on the course, even when it is difficult.

So, pack your bags and set off on your next adventure, knowing that you can always find your way by keeping your heart open and following your dreams.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

August 26th

A WANDERER’S HEART is never satisfied.

The longing to see and do all that the world has to offer is their driving force.

They make stops along the way, sometimes for longer periods than others.

And yet their souls prod them to move on, to continue to explore and seek new vistas.

They are content in their movement.

They find peace in change.

They see each trail as a token of wisdom.

The world is their home.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 10-minute meditation will leave you relaxed and stress free through providing a mindful and refreshing experience during walks and time outside.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, two is company, three is a party, four is a crowd.

One is a wanderer.
