Out of all the things you can try to change, your thoughts are the most important to focus on.

Hello followers,

Are you ready to start Tuesday!

And are you ready to begin learning some more Tai Chi moves and learning more on the Illusion of control.

Well, today Dan and I will explore two more theories: self-serving bias and attribution errors.

Because the illusion of control enhances self-esteem and improves motivation, it is often framed as an example of a self-serving bias.

It helps protect people from perceiving the events of their lives as being outside of their control.

Research also suggests that people are more likely to attribute positive outcomes to their own efforts but blame negative outcomes on other forces.

Continue tomorrow-

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

March 21st

WHEN THINGS DO NOT SEEM TO BE GOING the way you want, you have a choice to make resist or welcome peace.

Resisting causes stress and anxiety.

Most of us tend to dwell on how we want things to go and become stressed out.

But if you release control, you allow what needs to happen to play out as it is supposed to.

Many factors are at work, and we cannot know how it all fits together yet.

Choose resisting and allow peace to enter.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Continue the many health benefits in doing Tai Chi.

Please note that everyone's body is different, and no exercise routine should be done without the advice of a doctor and other professional medical and fitness trainers.

Always consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program.

When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.

If you engage in this exercise or any exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
