Passion is the key that opens the door to joy and abundance.
Hello followers,
A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.
Let us take our dream and give it a little future this Tuesday and turn this sweat, determination, and hard work a step further through passion.
Today Dan and I dedicate this post to my Earth Angel, Vera Lopez.
She was one of the angels that gave me strength throughout my treatments in Mexico.
The passion for her invention of the hyperthermia procedure that I was given shows how much she wanted to help people.
I wrote a poem that I dedicated to her in my book, and it’s called Angels All Around.
ANGELS ALL AROUND
Beauty
Surrounds my soul.
With blessings of
Gifted angels all around.
My heart has been.
Reborn and new with
Gifted angels all around.
Things happen for a
Reason that we cannot predict.
Through wisdom we grow with the help of
Gifted angels all around.
I give thanks to my special friends.
Through the treatment I have received.
For without them I would not have had the quality of life.
They are my gifted angels.
Vera, today you are flying up high to guide Dan and me.

For the past two weeks, Dan and I have been focusing on just that; by posting positive words and showing how it reflects on our days.
We have explored these words so far, time, faith, self-worth, happiness, encouragement, self-talk, optimism, karma, forgiveness, trust, appreciation, thoughts and words, power, and rebuilding.
Today since it is a new week, let us explore passion.
It has been well noted by now that passion is good for your business.
This is especially true when it is properly understood and not just used as a synonym for something you enjoy doing.
Simon Sinek explains how passion can be translated into your company’s core values in his TED Talk, Finding Your Why.
This is done by knowing their reason for being it is the key differentiator between companies that excel and ones that merely turn profit.
Thus, if passion is good for essential to your business, it should come as a pleasant surprise that it is also good for your health.
The average American works 47 hours a week, which is 25 percent more than our European counterparts.
And to be honest, something about that statistic feels a little wonky.
With email on our smartphones and high-speed internet at home, it often feels like we never leave the office.
So, it makes sense that loving what you do will make your day more pleasant, or at the very least, not loathing what you do.
Workplace stress is responsible for as much as $190 billion in healthcare costs every year.
Your job can literally make you sick!
Deadlines, extra hours, and pressure from an overbearing boss, can all have a profound effect on your mental and physical health, provoking extreme stress, anxiety, and even heart disease.
Having an intellectual passion is a major factor in keeping your brain healthy.
Passion is also good for staving off memory loss.
People who show lifelong intellectual engagement develop memory loss later as they age.
Having a passion, whether it is learning something new or walking in a park, is the best way to get a mental workout.
In fact, according to one German study, adults who became proficient at juggling showed increased brain volume on imaging studies.
Having a passion gives us a purpose in life.
Having a purpose can lead to fulfillment and happiness, which is subsequently good for our health.
Many scientific studies have found a connection between happiness and good health.
People with an optimistic mindset are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors, such as exercising and eating right.
Lower blood pressure and a healthier BMI have been associated with improved well-being on many occasions.
You have probably already heard that happiness releases endorphins, in the same way exercise does.
Having something to get excited about in the morning sets those natural neurochemicals coursing through your body, reducing pain, minimizing discomfort, and making you feel healthier.
Once you have identified your passion as the driving force of your business, it will propel you to be better and seek continual improvement.
That means that both your professional and personal relationships will benefit, as will the way you treat yourself.
Being better at your job most often has a contagious effect and spreads to your personal life as well.
When someone is continually seeking self-improvement, it makes them healthier.
So, are you ready!
As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
APRIL 11th
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU HAVE ALWAYS wanted to do but have not found time to do yet?
Now visualize yourself doing just that.
What does it feel like?
You can make it happen!
Write out the actions you need to take to develop reality.
Create progress by showing up for your vision.
Move in that direction every day.
Small steps equal progress, and progress takes time, so be patient with your process.
Slow and steady and you can make a dream come true.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
Questioning our life's purpose can lead to unnecessary stress and discomfort.
Relax with this positive 10-minute guided meditation that helps you access your own deeper awareness of who you are and why you are here.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Wednesday, passion rebuilds the world for the youth. It makes all things alive and significant.
