Who can hardly wait for tomorrow to start Friday?

Patience is not something that many people have, and it is easy to see why.

People want instant gratification in all aspects of their life these days.

But patience has been proven to be a virtue, and one that will help you succeed in the long run.

Is patience important in life?


Patience is defined in the dictionary as having the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

It allows calmness, less struggle, trust in oneself and the ability to apply a considered approach to life.

It is these attributes that can lead to ongoing success in life in relationships with others, in the workplace and with one’s own journey to achieve their goals in life.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

WAITING FOR SOMETHING can be difficult, especially when it is something you desperately want.

Sometimes our timing is not what the universe has in store, and we are called to be patient.

While we have a choice to feel hopeful or hopeless.

Not getting what we want when we want it can be divine timing.

We do not know what the future holds.

Trust that everything is happening with perfect timing and surrender the need to know when.

The answers will be revealed in due time.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This meditation is guided from beginning to end.

Its purpose is to help identify where we need to instill more patience in our lives.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
