Sometimes, asking for help also means you are helping yourself.

Hello Followers,

Cannot believe the week is almost over, Happy Thursday!

Dan and I always encourage one another through challenging moments.

Throughout our forty plus years together, there have been difficulties, but throughout those years, we can always count on one another through thick and thin.

We all need help from time to time.

I know people that think it is weak to ask for help.

They prefer to do things on their own, even if they do not have the expertise or necessary information to do it right.

This behavior might start in childhood, and you might be showing the same signs as an adult.

Refusing to ask for help at school, work, home, or with other things you are trying to do with your life, does not mean you cannot do anything.

Turns out it is exactly the opposite.

Asking for help is what successful people, leaders and those living a good life learned how to do early on.

It is a sign of strength.

Asking for help is important!

When you do not ask for help, you do not provide others with the opportunity to contribute in any way they can.

You are also living in that illusion of independence and are missing getting the job done right.

Be it to call a tech person when you cannot get on your computer and need to enter a post on your blog.

Or asking about a medical procedure that is not done by conventional doctors.

When you do not ask for help, you are trying to be in control of everything.

But life itself finds a way to teach you that there are many things out of your control.

It is important to accept that and to move on.

For example, Dan and I took the help of a doctor in Mexico to make our minds up on treating our cancer.

When our health was out of control, we found the help we needed and today we have benefited from this.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

THERE IS HELP ALL AROUND.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to go through it alone.

Reach out for help.

Let someone know how you are feeling.

If you know someone who is in pain, be there for them.

Reach out to your friends and family and check in, even if they seem okay.

We are built for connection, not isolation.

Build a bridge of compassion and if you need that bridge to come to you, ask for help.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

In this meditation, I will guide you in the process of sending healing energy to a loved one.

If you like, you can make an appointment with the person and ask them to meditate during the treatment so that they can experience it with you. If the person receives the treatment consciously, the results may be more effective, but you can certainly also send them energy anonymously: proceed as you prefer.

Sending healing energy to a loved one is a great way to learn to focus our minds and open our hearts at the same time.

When we direct our thoughts and energy towards someone we care about, we can help them to heal on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

When you send healing energy to someone, you need to first quiet your mind and focus on the person you are sending energy to.

You can visualize them surrounded by white light or whatever image represents healing for you.

Once you have focused your thoughts on this image, feel your heart opening and send the healing energy out.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.
