So, looking forward to March 20th, the first day of spring.

Ready to open the windows and let that bright spring weather into our home.

The power of future thinking can be a critical component of mental health treatment.

It is known that those with depression improve significantly in depressive symptomatology when they focus on positive future goals.

A new way of thinking changes our thoughts.

Being excited or imagining a positive, successful future enables feel good hormones to be secreted and triggers an actual chemical experience of decreased depression.
