HAPPY HUMP DAY!

As we settle into FALL and watch our world full of diverse beauty.


Like seasons, we are all different and that’s beautiful.

These days we all seem to notice each other’s differences more and more.

Perhaps it is the increase of social media that brings us into each other’s life more or the changes in how we behave towards each other.


It does not really matter why we notice each other’s differences more or how we are all different from each other.

Be true to yourself even if that means being different.


Being different is not a bad thing.


It means you are brave enough to be yourself.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.


This goes out to my grandson, Jonah.


He started kindergarten this year, and this song inspired me to share.

FALL MORNINGS ARE CRISP AND FULL of color as the leaves reveal their true color.

The days are becoming cooler, and everything seems to be preparing for winter’s arrival.


Just before the trees become bare and the ground freezes, there is such vibrancy to behold because for a short while, trees are their vibrant color.


Take the time to enjoy their stunning colors.

Notice how each tree is different yet beautiful and then do the same for humans.


The world is full of diverse beauty.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This Original guided meditation incorporates the law of divine oneness and will leave you with a deep connection to all that is.


This is especially powerful for those looking to deepen their meditations, give it a try and let us know what you think.
