CONTINUING SERIES OF FORGIVENESS AND THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello followers,

Are you all ready for another week? Last week went by fast and looking forward to July 4th.

Dan and I are planning on leaving Florida before the traffic rush. Our plans are to start back on Thursday. We are ready for another adventure back to Virginia.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

So, if forgiveness is something you do for yourself and if it can help you heal, why is it so hard?

There are several reasons: You're filled with thoughts of retribution or revenge; you enjoy feeling superior; you don't know how to resolve the situation; you're addicted to the adrenaline that anger provides; you self-identify as a "victim"; or you're afraid that by forgiving you have to re-connect—or lose your connection—with the other person. These reasons not to forgive can be resolved by becoming more familiar with yourself, with your thoughts and feelings, and with your boundaries and needs.

FORGIVENESS

If you think about how many times you’ve been lied to, taken advantage of, or not appreciated, you’ll likely not even want to get out of bed. But if you think about how much life you have ahead of you, how many beautiful experiences await you in the weeks and years ahead, you can rise with optimism and walk with wisdom.

Those other experiences didn’t break you, they taught you the value of kindness and honesty and that what you give to the world is so rare it’s sometimes not believed. You don’t have to be a victim or a martyr or even a survivor. Just be a wiser version of your former self.

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION (Body, Heart and Soul) – Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION~BODY~HEART~AND SOUL - Jan 25, 2012

HAS BEEN A YEAR

It’s hard to believe that a whole year has gone by since my first step to healing and managing cancer. As I glance back to what I had endured, I reflect the positive of my treatments. It has been an education in itself and with the knowledge I have grown in so many ways.

I learned to have an open mind and take in the knowledge that the world has to offer. The universe is a big place and has a lot of exciting methods other then cut, poison, and burn.

I left Mexico a year ago with a new understanding of my life. I was no longer afraid of cancer for I learned to control it through my doctors; Dr Perez and Dr Garcia. We are all going to die someday, but on what terms. I was not ready to give up and through my treatments and home program,

I now understand the need to keep my body’s immune system in tack. Along with maintaining a balanced immune system, I was taught about how food affects one’s body.

I have been hearing for the past year " LETS FIND A CURE FOR CANCER",

Well, there is and its under our noses! If we can prevent it with changing our life style, would you, do it? I know it can be done ~ I have done it and truly believe that it’s all about our environment.

We have to change and reject all the chemicals that surround us and replace them with natural products.

This should be the future goal for all of us. I am humble and blessed for the time that GOD has given me and through change we can make a difference.

Reflecting back from the first treatments, I was unable to swallow pills and one of my requests was for the medicine to be in liquid form. The doctors were understanding and provided me with most of them in IV form; however, they were not able to do for all. It was a challenge, but I learned to take the pills down with ice cold water (lots of ice). I have accomplished a great task, for I take ninety-seven enzymes, vitamins and minerals daily. If you think about it ~ That's about seven hundred a week and over thirty thousand this past year. I guess I am making up for all the years I wasn't able to swallow.

I know that it’s up to us to choose our direction, so I am not trying to sell you on anything, but I am trying to advise you to do some research before making a decision that is going to change your future.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing blogging on the herb - PARSLEY. Parsley can be used in many different ways to support almost every aspect of your health. Yesterday the topic ended on how parsley enhances your digestive health? Today I’m blogging on how parsley is an excellent means of tackling iron deficiency in people who have anemia.

People who are living with the blood disorder, anemia, can benefit from the high iron content of parsley. Patients with anemia, experience low production of hemoglobin, the protein found in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body.

People who are dealing with the effects of anemia may notice that they develop symptoms of chronic fatigue. This lethargy occurs because there is not enough oxygen entering the bloodstream to fuel metabolic and cognitive functions.

As a result of the lack of hemoglobin and reduced oxygen levels, some patients may also appear blue in their lips or at their extremities, as circulation does not drive enough oxygen to these areas. In most cases, anemia is not life-threatening, and doctors treat the disease by increasing the patient’s iron intake.

Parsley is a rich source of iron and an excellent means of tackling iron deficiency in people who have anemia. The additional vitamin C found in parsley also assists the body in its absorption of iron as well.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation . Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!

ERRORS OF THE PAST

To forgive is to refuse to contaminate the future with the errors of the past.

Until Tuesday, forgiveness is the only thing that cleans the slate, dissolving the old so the new can come in.
