It is another Monday!


Let us make it super great.

You have the power!


Greatness comes from the desire to do extraordinary things.


To reach beyond the status quo and chase your dreams.


It all starts with setting and achieving goals, but when you aim higher than where you set your mark, you force yourself to get better, one victory at a time.

There is greatness inside all of us, but first we must choose to be great.


With a finite amount of time to live your ideal life, the time to embrace your inner excellence is always now.


So, today would be a great start.

YOU HAVE THE POWER to imagine how you want your life to look.

Our thoughts are quite powerful and can create our reality.


Where our focus goes, energy flows.


If you want something to change, focus on the outcome you want and not what is not working.

Spend your energy on the solution, not the problem.

Envision the way you would like to feel.


Change your reality by visualizing and then moving toward where you want to go.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


Dan and I are very grateful for the knowledge we came back with us from Mexico and thank our Doctor, Dr. Garcia for all the possibilities of keeping a healthy lifestyle.


One phase he told us that is ingrained within me; you cannot change the environment outside, but you can change what you do in your home.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
