Remember when you allow yourself to be different, you give yourself permission to explore new things and get out of your comfort zone.

You turn your dreams into reality, and you let yourself discover endless possibilities.

When this happens, you start to develop more self-confidence and self-esteem.

You become more aware of how your uniqueness can contribute to the world and the environment you are living in.

Moreover, you develop a sense of belongingness and start building stronger and healthier relationships.

Being different can be advantageous if you learn to embrace it, not to mention the fact that it will spice up your life.

It highlights your originality and authenticity, and makes you stand out in a world full of conformity.

It is totally okay to be different.

You should not be the same as everybody else, because if you were, then you would deprive yourself of the chance to be who you really are.

When you do not get to be your true self, you sacrifice your dreams and happiness.

You are an amazing, unique person, and are destined to stand out from the crowd.

You may see your uniqueness as something unimportant, but to others it is probably an asset they wish they had.

You are an exception precisely because you are different!

It is amazing to think that each one of us is different because of our minds, bodies, and souls.

We are here with a distinct purpose and imprint that will not be duplicated.

Celebrate what makes you different: you are special just the way you are.

Notice and celebrate the difference in others.

Find the awe in diversity that each of us contributes to the world.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

You are perfect as you are.

This 10-minute guided meditation inner journey helps you access inner harmony between all the various aspects of you, as well as the Universe as a whole.

Understand your role in the Universe and find a sense of loving gentleness and relaxation in the process.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
