All over the sky a sacred voice is calling your name.

Hello followers,

Happy Tuesday!

We often think we need to have a special place to meditate or to be sacred.

Do you ever wonder what happens when we go outside of that space?

Does it go away?

Is there a way to live in that space even if we are not in a sacred building or during meditation?

How do you invite the sacred into your everyday routine?

You can create this sacred space, outside of your quiet meditations.

Creating sacred space wherever you are.

You are the sacred space!

Even if you are at a job where the energy there is not quite what you want it to be, or you are working in a house where the tensions are high.

You can create it.

You are the sacred space!

You can create it on your computer, inside your vehicle where you are driving, anywhere.

All it requires is an invitation.

You can be in a place that feels terrible to you, and you can invite in the sacred.

So, today take advantage of Dan and my posts with YouTubes and other sources to invite yourself to your sacred space.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

INVITE THE SACRED INTO EACH DAY.

Whether it is a prayer, moments of meditation, or enjoying nature’s enchantment, choose to find something greater than you and surrender to its grandeur.

Tapping into the sacred invites harmony, curiosity, and wisdom into your life.

When you feel insignificant, remember that your soul is here for a purpose.

When you feel alone, remember that you are part of something greater than yourself.

When you feel discouraged, remind yourself of how far you have come.

Pictures tell a thousand words.

Dan and Sherry's journey through Virginia and Civil War history.

As we journey through Virginia, we try to imagine what it might have been like.

Walking through the fields, seeing the toys, buildings, cars, cooking items, pictures, artwork and much more; imagining that period of time throughout history.

Enjoy, Staunton Virginia and imagine through this movie what it would have been like.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

You are so deeply loved and supported, not only by the Universe but also by many spirit guides.

In this 10-minute spirit guide meditation you will be guided into deep relaxation so that you can connect to your spirit guide, leaving this practice with clear guidance.

Whether you receive it during meditation, or after.

Feel your QI!

This complete YOQI qigong flow routine is designed for beginners to purge, tonify, regulate and circulate your qi.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, remember there is a seamless web to life and all life is sacred.
