Think about thoughts that make you feel good, make choices that make you feel good, and take actions that make you feel good.

We are each gifted in a unique and important way.

It is our privilege and our adventure to discover our own special light.

Time to discover that light!

It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of garlic and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.

Garlic is the artist’s brush that paints flavors on the palate.

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

For those with high blood pressure, garlic supplements have been shown to lower blood pressure levels, offering a natural alternative to conventional medications.

Its ability to prevent oxidative DNA damage is particularly beneficial for those with hypertension.

One study showed that supplementing with 600-1,500 mg of aged garlic extract for 24 weeks was as effective as the drug Atenolol at reducing blood pressure.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

Just 3,000 Steps a Day Can Protect Your Heart 🚶‍♂️❤️

A new study suggests you do not need 10,000 steps to protect your heart; even modest activity makes a measurable difference.

Researchers found that walking just 3,000 steps a day at a brisk pace lowered the risk of major cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke, by 17% in people with high blood pressure.

The study, published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, analyzed data from over 32,000 people with hypertension in the UK Biobank.

Participants who walked more and at a faster pace had significantly lower risks of heart failure, stroke, and heart attack.

For every additional 1,000 steps per day, risk dropped by up to 24% depending on the condition.

Even those without high blood pressure saw benefits: each extra 1,000 steps reduced stroke risk by nearly 25%.

The findings reinforce that any physical activity is better than none, and walking remains one of the most accessible ways to boost heart health.

Experts emphasize that movement not hitting a strict step count should be the focus.

Even short, brisk walks can improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce inflammation, and lower stress.

The message is simple: every step counts.
