Hello Followers,
It is Thursday!

Sometimes the most important day of the week as you are focused on getting what truly matters done before the weekend.
At other times, the day of the week when you are unmotivated and just wish it were Friday already.
It is time that Dan and I gave you a boost of energy.
To help you focus again.
And to let you tap into gratitude, motivation, and inspiration as you make one final push before the weekend is here.
Start your Thursday with an attitude of optimism.
It is going to be a good day.
Herbs are the timekeepers of our body’s natural rhythms.
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Another feather of rosemary’s is its potential to counter one of the most prevalent eye diseases in the United States, namely, macular degeneration.
This claim is supported by a study led by Dr. Stuart A. Lipton, Ph.D., and colleagues at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute and published in Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science.
The study highlighted the ability of carnosic acid, a major component of rosemary, to significantly promote eye health.
Thus, the clinical application of rosemary might even prove suitable for treating diseases affecting the outer retina, such as age-related macular degeneration.
Add rosemary to your food as a spice or administer 30–40 drops of high-quality organic rosemary extract to your eyes 2–5 times a day.
