Thank goodness it is Friday – TGIF!!

Do you let go of resentment?


Dan and I have learned through posting and researching how important it is to let go of resentment.


How important it is to one’s health!

When someone you care about hurts you, you can hold on to anger and resentment or embrace forgiveness and move forward.


Who has not been hurt by the actions or words of another?


These wounds can leave lasting feelings of resentment, bitterness, and anger, and sometimes even hatred.


But if you hold on to that pain, you might be the one who pays most dearly.



EMBRACING

By embracing forgiveness, you also can embrace peace and hope.


Consider how forgiveness can lead you down the path of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.


The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you.


But working on forgiveness can lessen that act's grip on you.


It can help free you from the control of the person who harmed you.


UNDERSTANDING


Sometimes, forgiveness might even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy, and compassion for the one who hurt you.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Resentment usually comes from a painful past experience.


When we are feeling resentment for someone, it can be difficult to let go of the past and bring ourselves back to the present moment.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Calm down, focus on your breath, and let go of your anger, resentment, and hurt feelings.
