Hello Followers,

Welcome to Monday!

Let the Christmas Holidays begin!

As we look back at this year, Dan and I have lots to reflect on.

We have shared the journey of how we can heal ourselves with nature.

God our maker created nature as a reflection of glory, power, and wisdom, with each element serving a specific purpose.

Nature is one of the most powerful ways God reveals Himself to the world.

From towering mountains to gentle streams, from vast oceans to tiny wildflowers, the beauty of creation speaks of wisdom, power, and love.

Nature is not just a backdrop for life; it is a masterpiece.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

Nature is a vital part of our daily lives, providing essential resources and benefits.

It nurtures life on Earth, offers fresh air, stimulates our senses, and plays a crucial role in our health and well-being.

Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings.

Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, but it also contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.

It may even reduce mortality, according to scientists such as public health researchers Stamatakis and Mitchell.

Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety.

This is a 20-minute guided meditation to help you relax.

During the month of December, Dan and I will reflect on all the good that is around us.

The simple things!

Until Tuesday, nature is not a place to visit, it is home.
