Do not try to rush things that need time to grow.

Hello followers,

Wow, it is Friday, the last day of the weekday for most.

And time to say goodbye to June and welcome July tomorrow.

We all want our actions to yield the best results.

But this is not always the case, despite putting maximum effort into our ventures, things do not always turn out in our favor.

So, in addition to intention, involvement, and intensity in action, its timing determines the outcome of our endeavors.

Things happen when they are meant to happen and there is perfect timing for everything in life.

BE FLEXIBLE!

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

June 30th

IT IS DIFFICULT WHEN things do not go the way we planned.

When we get caught up in our expectations, we leave little room to take place.

Be flexible.

Accept things as they appear.

Everything is happening as it should and in perfect timing.

Once you can release the expectation and be open to what is, you will find acceptance.

Notice how everything is working together and know that although all the answers may not be apparent now, in time they will be.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

In hard times we often forget that in the end, everything is going to be ok.

This 10-minute guided meditation will help you restore faith in that.

If you are finding yourself in a difficult situation, give this a try and know everything will work out in the end.

Enjoy!

Qigong is a moving meditation that relaxes the nervous system and is shown to enhance brain function.

This routine honors the brain and uses specific movements to balance the left and right hemispheres brain and nourish the mind-body connection.

It is awesome if you are feeling mentally blocked or stressed, especially if you are studying, need to make some big decisions or are working through a challenging situation.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, remember everything you need comes to you in the perfect place and time.
