Don't watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.
THIS WEEK BLOG IS ON THE SERIES, DON’T LET YOUR ALARM CLOCK, BE THE ONLY REASON YOU WAKE UP AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, FINISHING THE HERBS – ASTRAGALUS AND STARTING THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.
Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it’s Friday, TGIF!
If you're reading this post, you've either officially made it to the last day of the work week; or you're wishing you did.
Either way, you're in luck.
Dan and I bid you a happy Friday.
Hoping this will keep you motivated to finish out the week strong, even if you're still stuck on Monday.
This is the time for you to get ready for that well-deserved weekend, and thanking yourself for a job well done.
You've made it, or almost made it to the day that's dubbed the superhero of the work week.
From here on out, it's smooth sailing.
Happiness is a day called Friday.
Here's your cue to enjoy it.
As we go toward the weekend, learn to enjoy your own company.
Don’t become reliant on other people’s company or feel the need to be in a relationship to feel complete.
Being in a relationship needs to come from a want, not a need.
Embrace the notion of being your own best friend.
Do you like being alone?
Or do you hate it?
Some people think of being alone as a bad thing.
It either means you’re anti-social, or unwanted, neither of which are a good position to be in.
Living a life of fullest, once you learn to enjoy being alone; you’re going to grow as a person.
You’ll get to recharge.
You’ll reflect more often.
You’ll get in touch with your own emotions.
You’ll start doing things you actually enjoy.
You’ll become more productive.
You’ll enjoy your relationships even more.
You’ll feel more independent.
You’ll get a break from constantly trying to keep other people happy.
You won’t have to apologize for anything.
You’ll stop looking for validation.
It’s about Self-Love!
JULY – 22nd, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about July that’s so significant during this month?
World Brain Day – July 22, 2022
People around the world celebrate World Brain Day on July 22 of every year.
This is one of the most important annual celebrations in the world, as it helps raise awareness on an increasingly significant health issue, especially in our modern age.
Brain health can refer to many prevention methods designed to help preserve both mental health and brain neurological health.
As people have become increasingly more vulnerable to neurological issues, raising awareness of the issue is as important.
The World Federation of Neurology was the first to establish World Brain Day as a worldwide commemoration.
This organization was founded in 1957 in Belgium and is now one of the most prominent promoters of neurology and brain health research in the world.
Although mental health is currently a well-documented topic with several initiatives and international programs in place, brain health refers to the preservation of neurons and the central nervous system.
Many factors can have an impact on our mental health, emphasizing the importance of this commemoration.
The World Federation of Neurology is an international organization made up of neurologists from various countries.
The holiday’s date, July 22, honors not only the World Federation of Neurology’s foundation in 1957 but also the crafting of the organization’s first constitution.
The World Federation of Neurology is also responsible for several publications and periodicals targeted at furthering neurology research and educating a wider audience about the field.
As of today, the World Federation of Neurology is one of the strongest professional associations in the world, with an ever-increasing outreach.
It accounts for more than 100 member organizations, as well as several specialized groups within the organization.
It has effectively fostered training, education, and neurology research, and it is one of the most important aspects of making neurology more accessible to the general public.
It has taken numerous initiatives to raise awareness of brain health, including the establishment of an annual international event.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
THERE IS A TWOFOLD JOY THAT COMES TO THE PERSON WHO POSSESSES AND PRACTICES THE SUBMISSIVE MIND.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 17; WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP
PARTNERING-
LIFELINES-
ü The wrong kind of help is worse than no help at all.
ü If you want something to be different, you must do something differently.
ü A healthy relationship is a gift, not dependent on what you give or don’t give.
Tomorrow, CHAPTER 18; SEE THE POSSIBILITIES-
Faith sees the impossible and finds hope in the hopeless.
Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
Learning to manage stress is mostly a matter of learning to be aware of the signs, interpreting them, and doing something about them as soon as they arise.
Ignoring a problem is not the answer; noticing it and learning how to deal with it is the way forward.
Modern stress-management techniques concentrate on giving you ways to cope and this is exactly what ten-minute relaxation is designed to do.
In the up coming posts, we shall look at a few ways to understanding what stress is and how it affects us.
And then we’ll explore some fun and creative ways to help ease the pressure.
We will journey inside the body and outside into your environment and give you a whole new way of understanding yourself.
Managing stress is exciting, it opens the way to new levels of life experience.
Learn to take your ten-minute, time out periods and see the difference they make!
Tomorrow, USING YOUR SENSES-
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
