Dreaming is free. It costs nothing, but your time

Don't be afraid to imagine yourself doing something bigger than you have the resources to do right now. Dreaming is free. It costs nothing, but your time.

Hello Followers,

When we look for something bigger than ourselves, OPEN YOUR HEART TO SELF-DISCOVERY.

In order to find the big thing, you’d like to contribute to, you must first be willing to try something that may not work out for you.

You’ll need to keep trying things until you find that ONE thing.

That thing that keeps you up at night.

That thing that nags at your intuition and says, you have to do this.

One of my favorite places, Dan and my go-to place is the duck park in Salem, Virginia.

This is the go-to place that helps me create thoughts for the blog.

The simple things in life, feeding the ducks.

Opening my heart to self-discovery.

Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?

Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!

May also has some pretty wacky days!

Hawaii celebrates Lei Day on the first of May, which also happens to be May Day.

Utah celebrates Golden Spike Day on May 10th after the First Transcontinental Railroad was completed.

May 29th is celebrated as Put a Pillow on Your Fridge Day!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Nothing feels better than being in control when you talk with someone you have been unable to communicate successfully with for years, if ever.

Let’s reiterate the ways to communicate with difficult people without becoming defensive.

Have a sense of humor about miscommunication.

Combine kind acts with words.

Begin with the end in mind.

Keep your pride from taking over.

Use words to touch.

Don’t take offense seriously.

Keep your mouth shut and listen.

Echo, using statements and questions.

PRAISE, continue tomorrow-

This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

Dark coffee roast is the fourth type of coffee roast.

The roasting temperature for a dark roast is between 464°F – 482°F.

There are visible oils on dark roast beans.

Typically, you cannot taste any original flavors in a dark roast, just the effects the roasting process has on that type of coffee bean.

Dark roasts have sweeter flavors because the sugars in the coffee beans have time to caramelize.

The longer roasting process helps it to develop a richer flavor and full body, which often leads to it having a buttery finish.

They also have the least acidity of all coffee roasts.

Dark roasts have the least amount of caffeine because they’re roasted the longest.

French roast is considered the darkest roast and has a pronounced smoky flavor.

If coffee beans are roasted longer than a French roast (482°F), the oils and sugars in the bean will burn.

Dark roasts often have European names because of the popularity of dark roasts in Europe, such as Italian roast.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, happiness is really just about four things: perceived control, perceived progress, connectedness (number and depth of your relationships), and vision/meaning (being part of something bigger than yourself).
