Have a wonderful weekend.

As I start my Saturday I ponder over a thought; have you ever felt as though your brain were playing negative thoughts?


Did you know that thought patterns can distract you at work, make you feel anxious in stressful situations and just make you feel gloomy overall.


I know some days I get those feelings.


How about you?

One thing that can help is the process of retraining yourself to think more positively by incorporating positive affirmations and inspirational quotes into your day.


You might write them on a post-It and stick it near your bathroom mirror, copy them into your journal or put them on your phone’s lock screen or computer wallpaper.

You can try using affirmations to boost your mood, encourage a healthy habit, such as regular exercise or start the day with a happy outlook.


This weekend is a great start to come up with some for the week ahead.

DECIDE TO LET GO TODAY and repeat the following:

I choose to let go of pain and forgive the resentments I am holding on to.


I am releasing the grip of control I desire in this situation and open my heart to healing.


I am sending love to those who have hurt me, and I allow my heart to relax.


My healing is a journey and I welcome the lessons this situation has presented.


My wounds catapult me into deeper understanding and empathy.


I am grateful for these lessons.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
