Each day provides its own gift.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

The other day I was flipping through some of my favorite peps on Facebook and ran across this write up.

And since the series that Dan and I have been posting on living a great story, this has so much meaning.

THE TRAIN

At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel by our side.

As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of your life.

However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone.

Others will step down over time and leave a permanent vacuum.

Some, however, will go so unnoticed that we don't realize they vacated their seats.

This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells.

Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers requiring that we give the best of ourselves.

The mystery to everyone is –

We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down.

So, we must live in the best way, love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are.

It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty, we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life.

I wish you all a joyful journey ~

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

Few of us use our downtime just to put our feet up instead, we pursue activities of our choice; keeping minds and bodies occupied.

We’re driven to extend both our knowledge and experience.

We feel happiest when we fill our roles in rewarding ways and follow our paths with meaningful progress, mother, friend, householder, worker, gardener, artist or whatever.

Above all, we value having a purpose and the whole notion of purpose is inconceivable without activity.

A purpose that keeps us rewardingly busy for a significant proportion of our time gives meaningful shape in our lives.

THE BEST WAY IN LENGTHEN OUT OUR DAYS IS TO WALK STEADILY AND WITH PURPOSE. By Charles Dickens

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

A DETERMINATION

Forgiveness is a determination to be free!

I won’t let what someone else does destroy me, regardless of how I am affected.

Whether you forgive or not has nothing to do with the seriousness of the abuse or wrong, it has everything to do with whether you want to be free or prefer to carry the burden.

Forgiveness is a choice that begins with a discovery, a discovery that the grudge you nurse is in your mind.

Regardless, of its size; it is the heaviest weight you can carry in the world.

Continue tomorrow –

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Cacao reduces the risk of metabolic syndrome and diabetes!

Conditions including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and obesity can lead to metabolic syndrome, Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.

Other associated symptoms include chronic inflammation, increased resting heart rate and chronic stress.

The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties of flavanols in cacao can lower high blood pressure, reduce oxidative stress and mediate an over-active inflammatory response.

Theobromine also acts as a vasodilator in blood vessels to reduce high blood pressure and improve cardio vascular function.

In this way, cacao is able to improve symptoms and conditions associated with metabolic syndrome and improve metabolic health.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

IT MAY HAVE BEEN A BUMPY RIDE ON THE PLANET, BUT YOU CAN CLAIM YOUR JOY NOW.

EACH DAY 🌞

Each day provides its own gift.

Until Thursday, don’t be afraid your life will end;

be afraid that it will never begin.
