101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

VALUE YOUR CONTRIBUTION

A cog-in-a-machine attitude, the belief that your contribution at work is insignificant; can diminish your sense of your own value.

But remember any large enterprise would collapse without its jigsaw of small contributions.

It’s rewarding to know you’re doing good work you can be proud of.

If that work is largely routine, it’s still worthwhile and there’s value too in the friends you’ve made at work.

And your participation in a complex social organism.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

RECOGNIZING OUR OWN POWER

The Power in MIND GAMES comes from facing the issues squarely, being straightforward and not arguing.

It’s important to recognize three relationship realities:

1. You lose less when you aren’t afraid of losing.

2. You lose when you try to avoid issues.

3. What you avoid controls you.

YOU LOSS LESS WHEN YOU AREN’T AFRAID OF LOSING.

Tomorrow, SURVIVAL TACTICS

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

While some brews provide more health advantages than others, there’s plenty of evidence that regularly drinking tea can have a lasting impact on your wellness.

Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most popular teas.

First one is white tea.

Known to have a delicate flavor, white tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant that’s native to China and India.

It is also the least processed tea variety.

Research shows it may be the most effective tea in fighting various forms of cancer thanks to its high level of antioxidants.

White tea may also be good for your teeth since it contains a high source of fluoride, catechins and tannins that can strengthen teeth, fight plaque, and make it more resistant to acid and sugar.

This variety also offers the least amount of caffeine, making it a smart choice for tea drinkers who want to avoid or limit their caffeine consumption.

Second one is herbal tea, to be continue tomorrow -

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

YOU ARE LIKE A CANDLE.

IMAGINE YOU ARE SENDING LIGHT OUT ALL AROUND YOU.

ALL YOUR WORDS, THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS ARE GOING IN MANY DIRECTIONS.

IF YOU SAY SOMETHING KIND, YOUR KIND WORDS GO IN MANY DIRECTIONS, AND YOU YOURSELF GO WITH THEM.

WE ARE TRANSFORMING AND CONTINUING IN A DIFFERENT FORM AT EVERY MOMENT.
