Friendly people can find it hard to say no, to extra tasks, changes put forward by others, plans they don’t – at heart agree with.
Saying yes because it’s easier can land you with undesirable situations as well as lowering your self-esteem by making yourself seem weak.
Erecting a barrier is sometimes a necessary self-defense measure.
This has nothing to do with closing off your heart only closing off your time.
Say NO and congratulate yourself for being clear and decisive.
How many are you out there are left-handers?
I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY
TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.
All of us get angry!
Anger is part of us, like breathing; completely natural and perfectly legitimate.
Anger is a physical state of readiness.
Physiologically, when we get angry; adrenaline is released, our heart beats faster, our blood pressure rises, and we become more alert to threatening, frustrating and fearful situations.
Anger equips us to act decisively, which can bring about resolution and healing.
Use your anger if you are in a crisis relationship as like in my post yesterday, where Lee Iacocca and the employees of Chrysler did.
Get mad but harness your anger.
You are at stake.
Your relationship is at stake.
Let your anger work for you by pushing you into action.
Focus on managing the anger, rather than letting it manage you.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
