Its Thursday and Dan and I are going to start a new journey in our lives.

For about a month now, we have had a challenge to face.


Like most of us, either your taxes on your house went up or the rent went up; it’s a challenge of this world that most of us are facing.


As I have stated in the past, I believe everything happens for a reason.

And even if it is going to be a lot of work packing and moving, I’m excited and looking forward to the next journey of my life.


Asking for help is only one side of the coin.


On the other side of the coin, you have to be open and willing to accept support.

People who come to your aid truly do care about you.


Be open to receiving help when you need it.

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.


Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?
