Faith is the tool that helps replenish abundance in the heart and the spirit, not just in the mind.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day,

Today Dan and I are going to focus that faith helps you to discover your purpose in life and trumps stress, anxiety, and fear.

Going through life and all of its ups and downs can take a toll on us.

At times, it’s enough to question our very existence.

But through all of the trials and tribulations we might face, it’s faith that gives us that helping hand.

It works to guide us in the right direction, moving us towards and allowing us to discover our purpose in life.

This doesn’t happen overnight.

Usually, when we’re faced with a difficult situation, it gets harder before it gets better.

Little by little, a part of us is broken, until one day, we dig deep down inside and somehow find the strength we needed to make it through.

That strength comes from our faith.

Whether it’s your faith in God or in something else, that faith shall set you free.

Everything in life is far easier to get through when we have faith.

It’s the guiding light that helps push us towards our purpose.

It’s easy to allow stress, anxiety, and fear to run our lives.

We go from moment to moment worried about one thing or another.

Sometimes, those worries manifest themselves into highly-stressful situations, causing not only mental anguish, but physical problems as well.

There’s a clear and documented connection between stress and the increased likelihood of disease and illness.

When we allow our minds to move into that realm unchecked, there’s no telling of the damage that can be done.

But it’s faith that helps to keep those things at bay.

Even when we have no reason to believe that things will get better, it’s through faith that our situations do improve.

When you hold the utter expectation of that in your mind, no challenge is too difficult.

Learn to harbor faith and use it to eliminate stress, anxiety, and fear.

Think back to situations in the past when you made it through something you thought was insurmountable.

Believe and expect that good things will happen, and they will.

This isn’t about ignoring your problems; this is about knowing that your situation will improve deep down inside your heart and your soul.

Health as a positive vitality, not merely the absence of disease.

Promotion of organ reserve.

Sing Me A Song of Healing

My soul is glowing

so, sing me a song that will heal me.

I need the reinsurance that everything

Is alright for I am fearing the worst.

My soul is glowing

so, give me a melody that I can remember.

This will take over my heart and

give me a peace of mind.

My soul is glowing

so come with me to the place of belief.

Lead me to the journey of fullness

and end with the note of high.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

The left-handed brain’s mastery of the visual has an important adjunct, it can see three dimensionally.

In Thurston’s Hand Test, you are asked to identify which pictures are left hands and which are of right hands.

Your right-handed brain is at a loss to handle this problem, but your left-handed brain can actually rotate these drawings in imaginary space to solve the test.

Desperate times do not require desperate measures; they require stronger faith.

People wonder how they can have faith when there seems to be no reason to have any.

But that is the most important reason.

A belief is the spark, but it alone cannot sustain.

It must be nourished with faith in order to remain and grow.

The strength of positive beliefs and faith will lead to energy, opportunities, open-mindedness, and possibilities that just would not exist without it.

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION (Body, Heart and Soul) – Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Emotions are neither good nor bad.

Emotions simply are.

What is bad is the way a skewed relationship effects the delicate balance in which emotions coexist with reason.

Reason must guide the emotions, like a parent with a potentially unruly child.

It is not that the child is bad, but when they become overactive; their behavior can be destructive.

Reason provides discipline for their emotions as it turns overactivity into creativity.

Tomorrow we will continue on this topic.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of TURMERIC. It’s amazing what and how turmeric can help keep your body healthy?

Wow, let’s explore another recipe today!

This traditional Indian spiced blend works well in curries, on meats and veggies.

For the freshest and most vibrant mix.

Recommending grinding the spices fresh and using the mixture within 1 week.

2 tablespoons cumin powder

2 tablespoons coriander powder

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon powder

¾ teaspoon clove powder

¾ teaspoon cardamom powder

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Store in on airtight container in a cool and dark location.

3. Use liberally on veggies and meat.

Tomorrow I will be starting on herbs that are salty.

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while

Faith is the tool that helps replenish abundance in the heart and the spirit, not just in the mind. #faith🙏🙏 #tool#helps#replenish#abundance#heart#spirit#just#mind🧠 #inspirational#motivational

Until Thursday, faith isn't the ability to believe long and far into the misty future. It's simply taking God at His Word and taking the next step.

Each morning is the open door to a new world – new vistas, new aims, new plans, new things.

Wednesday morning is no less.

Have an amazing one.
