Hello Followers,


HAPPY TUESDAY!



As you start this Tuesday, do your thoughts overwhelm and confuse you this morning?


Remember you are not your thoughts.




The mind can be compared to the sky, covered by layers of the cloud which hides its true nature.

Today do you wish your mind had an off button.


I do!



Much of our suffering stems from the fact that we think our thoughts are the core of our being.


We identify with our thoughts and allow them to dictate how we feel.


As our thoughts are often noisy.



Negative.


Chaotic.


It is no wonder we struggle.


The solution lies in trying to get rid of our thoughts altogether.



But in stopping our habit of identifying with them.


We just need to observe our thoughts without judgement and let them go.


You do not have to be a slave to your thoughts and feelings.


What gives them fuel and makes them real is the attention you bring to them.


Take away the attention, and that thought or feeling ceases to exist!



Time to try it.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- RAINBOW



The rainbow is one of nature’s greatest optical phenomenon.


The sighting of a rainbow never fails to bring a smile to people’s faces.


They signify optimism and positivity: with them comes the sunshine after the rain.



Nothing in nature quite excites or energizes us like spotting a full bow or double bow! across the sky.


And knowing how much significance each color holds makes it more fascinating.


What Are the Colors of the Rainbow?




Red – enthusiasm, passion, security, vitality.



Orange- endurance, perseverance, and strength.



Yellow- awareness, cheerfulness, energy, and orderliness.



Green- growth, health, nature, and wealth.



Blue- calm, communication, knowledge, and peace.



Indigo- awareness, intuition, spiritual attainment, and wisdom.



Violet- creativity, imagination, luxury, mystery, royalty.



While we only list seven colors in the rainbow, the rainbow is made up of over one million colors, most of which the human eye cannot see or comprehend.


So, the rainbow is as mysterious as it is profound.



Next time you see a rainbow, stop, and take it in.


Let its beauty and creativity fill you with peace and joy.

LOOK FOR THE RAINBOW


The rain washes away many things and brings life with it.


As it falls, it nourishes the waiting earth.


Rain is associated with gray and gloom, but the rainstorm is full of beauty too.



When the sun emerges from behind the clouds, it paints the sky with color and luck.


Look for the rainbow that comes after the rain.


Watch how the sun shines through its prism and let the ways in which the sky can surprise you bring you joy.
