Today listen to your heart and trust your instincts.

If you get distracted today notice it.

We each have unique tendencies or thoughts that pull us away from the present moment.

In the now start paying attention to your thoughts and jot down the types of thoughts that distract you most often.

Do you have a tendency like me to dwell on the past or the future?

Are you consumed with thoughts of guilt, fear, regret or worry?

Do you ruminate on achieving perfection or success, wealth, and recognition?

Writing these tendencies down can help you become more mindful about what is going on in your head when you stray from the present moment.

This insight can lead you to mindfulness.

If there is not a struggle, there is no stretch, and therefore no growth.

Easy does not change you and comfort will not challenge you.

Coasting is not a strategy.

Stretching is a type of physical training involving actively bending or stretching targeted muscles or ligaments to improve the body's perceived suppleness and attain a comfortable muscular balance.

Mental stretching is to train the mind for a fresh perspective.

But when you say something stretches your mind, you mean It is excellent since it leads you to think about ideas you had not thought about before.

Always believe in yourself and always stretch yourself beyond your limits.

Your life is worth a lot more than you think because you can accomplish more than you know.

They are preparing even if you cannot see them yet.

They will climb and cover the whole world with green when the time comes.
