Hello Followers,


Today would be a perfect day to just let any stress just float away.

Did you know that visualization can be a powerful meditation tool?

If we are feeling anxious, Dan and learned to visualize a hot air balloon and imagine that we are putting all our stress and negativity into the balloon.

Then we watch it gently float away into the distance, taking our worries and concerns with it.

Of course, for Dan and I it is not that difficult to picture, for at one of our anniversaries we went up in a hot air balloon.

As you visualize this, you will discover the transformative power of acceptance from self-acceptance and body positivity to acceptance of your circumstances.
