Forgiving others is having power over the stars, forgiving yourself is having power over the moon.
CONTINUING SERIES OF FORGIVENESS AND THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
It’s Monday and the second week of summer! Some of us are taking vacations, moving down the highway and others are up above the clouds.
Others are sailing, boating in the wide blue sea’s; while others are splashing in pools of water. What ever you are doing this summer be safe and enjoy.
Dan and I are down in Florida, visiting family, celebrating the life of my cousin, and getting our car checked. While we are here our mechanic – friend, which we have known for several years will be checking the car. So, when we travel back to Virginia, we will be stress free that the car will not break down.
Last week I started blogging on forgiveness. For Dan and I we have learned that this one component is one way of keeping healthy. The process is hard, however; forgiveness isn’t approving what happened. It’s choosing to rise above it.
Now that you know what forgiveness is not and why it's so hard to do, ask yourself: Do I want to forgive?
Forgiveness requires the feeling and the will to forgive. Sometimes you won't, because the hurt went too deep, or because the person was too abusive, or expressed no regret. Do not attempt to forgive someone before you have identified, fully felt, expressed, and released your anger and pain.
Forgiveness puts the final seal on what happened that hurt you. You will still remember what happened, but you will no longer be bound by it. Having worked through the feelings and learned what you need to do to strengthen your boundaries or get your needs met, you are better able to take care of yourself in the future. Forgiving the other person is a wonderful way to honor yourself. It affirms to the universe that you deserve to be happy.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
Compassionate reflection allows you to see yourself from a different perspective.
As time passes, the person you become will detach from yet understand the person you were.
Choices and circumstances can then be viewed as they were and accepted as they were, and negative emotion can be released.

STEM CELL TREATMENT - Oct 25, 2012
BUSY DAY AHEAD
OF FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Since it was a busy day, I do not have time to write a lot because I am being transferred from room to room for different types of treatment. I have decided to have Sherry take movies of my day.
STEM CELL TREATMENT
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Continuing blogging on the herb - PARSLEY. Parsley can be used in many different ways to support almost every aspect of your health. Yesterday the topic ended on how parsley is an excellent means of tackling iron deficiency in people who have anemia. Today I’m blogging on how consuming parsley in concentrated doses every day helps to boost your metabolism.
Those people who are on a weight loss diet may benefit from including parsley with their meals and supplementing with parsley infused oils. Research shows that consuming parsley in concentrated doses every day helps to boost your metabolism.
Studies show that parsley can also clean the bloodstream and eliminate heavy metals, such as cadmium, from the blood. As a result, levels of neurotoxicity decline, increasing metabolic function. A healthy metabolism means that all of your biological systems in your body is operating at optimal efficiency.
When our metabolism peaks, we burn more calories. As a result, we experience better levels of physical and psychological well-being, and we also lose excess adipose tissue, also known as body fat.
Try eating fewer carbs in your diet, and replace them with healthy fat sources, like parsley infused oils that you can use in salads, and drizzle on roasted vegetables. Healthy fats provide your body with an extended-release of energy throughout the day, and the metabolism-boosting properties of parsley help you burn off body fat.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).
I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!! Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation . Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.
“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford
We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!
OVER THE STARS AND THE MOON
Until Wednesday, forgiveness isn’t approving what happened. It’s choosing to rise above it.
