Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY TUESDAY,

How sweet life can be when you allow it to be easy.

Maybe we do not like thinking about the fact that our time in this life is limited.

But until we find the secret to living eternally, we need to learn to accept the fact that life is short, and we need to make the most out of it.

The purpose of reminding yourself that you are not going to be here forever is just a way of making yourself care more about how you spend your time.

And with whom, as well.

We sometimes get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to do more of what makes us happy.

And whenever something good happens, we do not take enough time to appreciate it.

We want to please, to be accepted and for that, we make all kinds of compromises wasting precious time that we will never get back.

Too many of us think that we have enough time, and we postpone our dreams.

But we only have enough time if we use it wisely.

So, whatever makes you happy, do it now!

Learning to allow things to come and go can be one of the hardest lessons because we crave control.

We could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

HOW SWEET LIFE CAN BE when you allow it to be easy.

Letting go of resistance and embracing the lessons that come with each struggle and reveling in victories are part of the ride.

Learning to allow things to come and go can be one of the hardest lessons because we crave control.

But the lesson shows us that surrendering to what is makes life richer.

When you feel the urge to resist, remember that on the other side of the resistance is a new level of comfort.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This 10-minute guided meditation will help you to enter deep within yourself in this peaceful meditation and recognize how entering deep within yourself is very similar to entering deep within the center of the Universe.

Meditation is one of the oldest and most popular relaxation techniques that has proven health benefits.

It can trigger many beneficial changes in the body, such as calming down the nervous system, lowering blood pressure, improving mood, increasing creativity and curiosity.

The practice of meditation is more than just sitting quietly.

Meditation is about training your mind to focus on something peaceful or positive for a certain amount of time, usually about 10-minutes to allow you to relax.

Meditation can be a powerful way to reduce stress and improve your mental health.

Let us look at what happens in the brain when you meditate.

When you meditate, it becomes easier for the brain to regulate itself. It will also help to release certain hormones that produce feelings of calmness and happiness.

Some people find it difficult to meditate because their mind is constantly racing or are constantly being distracted by their thoughts.

Meditation can help with this problem by training the mind so that it does not follow every random thought they have.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag wordswalk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, begin doing what you want to do now.

We are not living in eternity.

We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand–and melting like a snowflake.
