Healing is an art. It takes time, it takes practice, it takes love.

There is an old saying that goes, "Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about."

Have you heard of this!

It is true.

We are all human beings experiencing the roller coaster of life with its highs and lows.

We are all going through respective triumphs and struggles between losses, past traumas, and the like.

One helpful resource that may bring folks some inner peace and solace during these moments of life are powerful healing meditations.

Truthfully, healing is a never-ending lifelong journey.

After one experience or loss, we may find ourselves in a long process of healing, or a new, challenging loss may come up and take us by surprise.

Just like there is always time for pain, there's always time for healing.

So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

In this episode, Teal explains that raising your frequency means moving to a better feeling, more positive emotion.

She also explains that the trump card of all things that raise frequency is focus.

Nothing is more important than the thoughts you are thinking and whatever you are paying attention to/focusing on.

You cannot focus on things that cause you to feel bad and hold a high vibration.

Teal then goes on to describe eleven steps that you can take to increase your frequency.

WHEN WE HAVE HEATED DISCUSSIONS with others and problems emerge, it is common for us to react from a place of judgement.

Judgement and pain come from low vibrational energy that only fosters negativity.

Instead of approaching a problematic situation with a harmful reaction, release judgements and extend warmth and understanding.

When we experience a lot of hurt. Healing can only be fueled through higher vibrational acts like embracing gestures of love and kindness.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

This is a 9-minute guided meditation which will allow you to raise your vibrations instantly.

You can use this meditation anytime in the day whenever you need to shift your vibrations.

If you are feeling a little down or emotional or just want to charge up your energy so that you can attract what you want in life and manifest your desires.
