Do you always tell the truth?
Are you honest?
Starting from our earliest youth, we were told to always tell the truth and that is good advice.
The truth can be complicated and messy and such dictates to tell the truth does not always account for how hard that can be.
Truth is a crucial part of strong relationships and loyalty.
Being true to yourself is also a crucial part of truth.
Change is a crucial truth in life!

FREEDOM COMES FROM THE TRUTH, but the truth is not always easy to speak or even live.
Our truth can be uncomfortable for others, but if not expressed can cause us the greatest discomfort.
When we live in our truth, we feel lighter and free.
Even if admitting the truth is tough, the weight lifted from speaking is worth our effort.
What is something you need to express?
How can you acknowledge your truth?
Choose freedom over comfort.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
To allow yourself to grow you need to understand where you are at this very moment, and that takes mindfulness, self-honesty and wisdom.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
