If one has faith, one has everything.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON; FAITH AND LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello Followers,

It’s getting closer to the weekend!

Sometimes, when things don’t go according to plan, we lose faith, not only in ourselves, but also in any potential outcome in our lives.

Failure will do that to you.

When we experience life’s monumental failures, it’s easy to lose hope, and even faith.

It’s been a roller coaster for Dan and I regarding our health, but through faith and knowledge we have overcome this.

But what’s the difference?

Faith, at its core, is deep-rooted in the expectation of good things to come.

It goes beyond hope.

While much of hope lives in the mind, faith is steeped in the heart and the spirit.

It can’t be explained away by reason or logic, or be understood through a single dimension.

While life can be hard at the best of times, faith is the knowledge, deep down inside, that things will get better.

It’s taking the next step when you can’t see the entire staircase.

Simply put, life would fail to have reason if we didn’t have faith.

Unfortunately, some people don’t believe in things that they cannot see.

They explain things away due to other causes and effects, failing to find the small miracles in life that exist and work in our favor on a constant basis.

There’s an enormous level of importance attributable to having faith in life.

ITS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH ~ MAKE A CHANGE

Do You Want to Make a Change?

It’s time that we make a change, a new way to treat cancer.

With the new age in technology and growth in this world we ought to be able to change the approach in mastering this illness.

I am not a doctor; however, I am the 1 out of every 3 that was diagnosed with cancer and know firsthand on what it is like to fear this disease.

Until my husband and I did research I did not understand the concept of the immune system and the important changes it can play on your overall health.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

I did something about it and took a leap of faith and made a choice.

I did not want to use the conventional way and be in that percentage of unknowns, so I began to fight it without using treatments that break your immune system down?

Learning preventions and using a program that kicked started my immune system while attacking the bad cancer cells, I have knocked the cancer right out of my system.

This is why I am very passionate and want to change the concept of treatments that we are being given and improve the quality of life for others.

Because of cancer I became an advocate for change and also an author of change.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

The left-handed brain is more susceptible to alcohol than the right-handed brain.

Which may explain why left-handers are more likely to have drinking problems.

The left-handed brain has all sorts of other talents, too.

It understands pitch and rhythm, the principal components of music.

Musical training is a more potent instrument than any other, because rhythm and harmony find their way into the secret places of the soul – by PLATO

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION (Body, Heart and Soul) – Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

THROUGH PICTURES

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

25 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Tomorrow I will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CONTROLLING THE CONTROL CENTER

ENCOURAGE YOURSELF AND OTHERS

There are several questions that have helped others think seriously about the connection between health and relationships.

Through these questions, you may save yourself from a multitude of health problems brought on by negative thoughts if you can recognize who causes your tension and who is responsible for developing healthy ways to cope with the stress.

1. Think about a time you remember being bathed in happy emotions.

How did you feel?

How long did those feelings last?

2. Think about a time you remember being upright and upset.

How did you feel?

How long did it take you to rebalance and calm your emotions?

3. Is there someone with whom you deal who causes your emotions to skew?

How do you feel after being with him or her?

4. If you had to choose someone to spend a day with, who would it be?

How do you feel after being with that person?

Did the questions help you focus on the way someone in particular affects your emotions?

Are you pinpointing someone who has become the focus of your negative, swirling emotions?

Your health, your wholeness, your emotional stability, your happiness depends on whether you control or allow someone else’s behavior to control; what you think.

Be kind to yourself.

Encourage yourself and those you reach out to help.

Wrap yourself in patience, remember that every family, most work places have a few eccentrics; that’s what makes it challenging and special.

Tomorrow’s blog will continue on capturing the lifelines on Chapter 7.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of TURMERIC. It’s amazing what and how turmeric can help keep your body healthy?

Curcumin may help delay aging and fight age-related chronic diseases.

If curcumin can really help prevent heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s, it may have benefits for longevity as well.

This suggests that curcumin may have potential as an anti-aging supplement.

Given that oxidation and inflammation are believed to play a role in aging, curcumin may have effects that go way beyond just preventing disease.

Due to its many positive health effects, such as the potential to prevent heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and cancer, curcumin may aid longevity.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while
