It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON; TIME AND CONTINUING LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello Followers,

It’s Monday!

A new week starts!

And a new month - October will start.

It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time.

Managing time is essential in every field of life.

We will never be able to relive a moment that passed.

Managing time helps us in performing tasks in an effective and productive manner.

We should take time as a treasure and should not waste it on foolish activities.

We just concentrate on saving time and not spending it on meaningless activities the bigger things in our life will take care of themselves automatically.

One should learn to make the best use of time.

Think of it as an opportunity, we can never have it again if it slips once from our hands.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

Perhaps most interesting of all, it helps explain one of the more intriguing statistics of the space age.

When NASA went searching for the kind of imaginative, super-reliable, multitalented people they would need to explore the moon.

One out of every four Apollo astronauts turned to be left-handed; a figure 250 percent greater than statistical probability.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

TIME

We are here for a very short time.

It’s easy to get distracted or become so ingrained in habits that time seems to slip by faster than it really does.

Once you realize you’ve not spent enough of your time where you wanted it to be, it’s important to stay aware of where your minutes and hours are spent every day.

Make your priorities into priorities instead of putting them off for some other time.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

THROUGH PICTURES

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

WITH PICTURES

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

20 PICTURES - ENJOY SLIDE SHOW

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Tomorrow I will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CONTINUING ON – ARE EMOTIONS DRIVERS OF PHYSICAL HEALTH?

the morphinelike substances also react instantly to such drivers as fear and anxiety, producing adrenaline, which cause the body to tense into a protective mode for, fight and flight.

In times of high tension, the same substances; by showing their production cause us to be numb.

This slows thinking, reaction time, memory and decision making.

In addition, we may feel tongue-tied and tired and experience numbed emotions.

This slowing of the transfer allows time for our mental processes to evaluate the problem that is causing the stress and work proactively, rather than reactively through adrenaline-driven responses.

Continue tomorrow –

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of TURMERIC. It’s amazing what and how turmeric can help keep your body healthy?

Research on turmeric's ability to protect your ticker has been mixed.

Some studies have found that turmeric can lower LDL "bad" cholesterol, while others concluded that the spice has no effect.

Scientists continue to look into the heart-protective possibilities of turmeric.

One small study found that turmeric can help ward off heart attacks in people who have had bypass surgery.
